一件中药夸大宣传被FDA警告事件引起了美国中医药界的高度关注，在美国中药发
展史上泛起又一个小小的漪涟。
（一）事件回放
06/26/2018，美国FDA官方网站在“检查，合规，执法和刑事调查”栏目中公布了
给美国中医学会（American Chinese Medicine Association）主席Dr. Bob Xu发出的
一封警告信，Case# 553834①。
该警告信说5月份审查了他们的网站②，发现他们宣传、贩卖未经FDA审查允许的药
物（假药），措词严厉的警告他们在网站上销售未经FDA批准的治疗癌症的“假药”是
违法的，限期15天修正，否则将采取法律行动。中文详见《美国中医工会》网址文章“

现任美国中医药针灸学会ATCMS（American TCM Society）会长李永明医生在【纽

execute drug traffickers. There's no middle way that works. End up with 20
% of your society in jail.
Oh wait a moment, if you pay an American MD to write you a scrip, claim "

When oh when is America going to adopt "harm minimization" like the
Netherlands. I guess when the states realize they can make even more tax
money off fentanyl than they can marijuana.
