a) 尝试无牛奶制品无麦类的饮食（Gluten Free / Casein Free (GF/CF）)：
1446位家长中有65%认为 限制牛奶制品及麦类的饮食对孩子有帮助。[1]
b) 给孩子服用消化酶。可以试 Kirkmanlab 的 Enzyme Complete, 或Houston
Enzymes
c) 给孩子服用益生菌 (probiotics). 很多孩子有肠内酵母菌（yeast）过多的
问题。硫辛酸（Alpha-Lipoic Acid, (ALA)）及口服的DMSA会使酵母菌过多的问题更严
重。益生菌可以克制酵母菌。不要给孩子吃糖，葡萄干，或其它甜的东西。水果中梨子

Allegheny and Mt. Lebanon. If you work in downtown, Mt. Lebanon is more
convenient to commute since there is (Pgh's only) T to downtown. Otherwise,

in Mt. Lebanon is pretty high.

如果喜欢户外活动， 这里不错， 春天周围很多漂流钓鱼， 夏天因为３河汇流是
KAYAKING的好去处， 秋天不知道干嘛可以摘苹果？， 冬天可以滑雪。
气候和北京比？饿。。。夏天偶尔几天会上９０度， 从５月到１０月基本维持在最高
温度８５－７５度上下。 经常下雨。冬天最冷－１０度左右， 下雪还行不过路烂，
坡逗， 转弯急。 零下大概有１一个月， ３２度以下大概有２－３个月。
没有CHINA TOWN。 ５，６个中国超市， 没有最烂只有更烂。
NORTH ALLEGHENY COUNTY的MCCANDLESS和WEXFORD都有全１０分学区。 ４０万可以买到
不错的房子不过这里３％的房产税哟。 |

这里再次分享有关想法：
这里推荐的原则是： 只投给华人加上一个现任， 在Cupertino, 现任是 印度人
Anjali, 在Saratoga, 现任是 白人Patty Buchanan。
这种做法，一举多得。
（1） 华人选票不会投给 “非华人的非连任者”，这对华人的选情是非常有利了。
（2） 华人组织可以与这些候选人建立良好的关系， 便于以后沟通
（3） 去除华人只选华人的自私形象。
本人的建议得到 有关候选人的赞同。

电影本身根据那个著名的美国青年Christopher McCandless身无分文前去阿拉斯加
去拥抱大自然，结果饿死在Denali国家公园里的真事儿改编。这个片子从我看过的几十
分钟片段我又可以把它归为cinema of propaganda，一部毫无保留的推崇一个东西同时
又毫无保留的否认另一种东西的电影。
我想起了2005年我看的这部赫尔佐格的纪录片Grizzly Man，讲了一个和Chris极为
类似的人物，Tim Treadwell，也是自我隔绝于正常社会之外，每年前往阿拉斯加三个
月在国家公园里和野生灰熊住在一起，自我树立起一个灰熊保护者的形象。结果在最后
一次阿拉斯加之旅中，他和她的女友被凶猛的灰熊双双吃掉。这个片子很大的部分是根
据后来搜救队找到的Tim Treadwell的DV机拍摄的几十盘磁带剪辑而成的，甚至有他本
人被熊吃掉的那一刻的纪录。（为了不刺激观众，赫尔佐格只把声音播出，但是依然让

看过后来相关纪录片资料的人可能都以为：Ealge着陆之后，紧接着阿姆斯特朗就出舱
了，因为纪录片放出来的效果就是这样。而事实上，Neil在Eagle内等了近7个小时，才
打开舱门。这段时间的影像比起着陆和出舱自然对公众的吸引力小多了，时间紧凑的纪
录片一般都剪掉这段。我前面用了“等”这次字， Neil显然并不是闲着没事在干等，7
个小时内他和Buzz要在舱内进行很多的操作活动，而且这些活动都很重要。让我们来看
看这7个小时内发生了什么。
这么一个庞大而且充满风险的任务，NASA必须考虑到所有可能出现的意外，以及准备相
应的对策。严格来讲，肯尼迪当初提到的目标是把人送到月球，然后平安返回。并没有
要求一定要完成月面行走。从这个角度来说，Eagle着陆就已经实现了NASA预定目标的
