晚上不敢回去做饭, 一回家肯定就会多吃. 所以晚上就尽量在学校呆着. 之前尝试晚饭
只吃水果, 发现自己饿得头晕眼花,根本挺不住. 后来就开始尝试吃代餐的meal bar.
之前尝试过Extend bard, 最近特别喜欢Special K Protein Meal Bar, 比较甜(没办法
,不吃甜食我收不了),吃了之后有饱腹感. 比较起来前者其实更符合减肥要求--更低脂,
protein & fiber 含量更高-- 但是后者吃起来口感好. 一个bar Cal 180, fat 4.5g,
protein 10g, fiber 5g. 我有时候会加一个水果(苹果 或 桔子 或香蕉). 请问这样当
晚餐吃行么? |

发帖数: 620 | 4 本人奔4大叔，比较胖，而且有家族糖尿病史，因此今年4/5月开始减肥。2月左右减去
了20磅，BMI从29+减到了25+，有少许反弹，现在BMI在26左右，还没有完全正常。血糖
正常。主要是跑步加控制饮食。现在大概每周跑2/3次，跑步机上大概7.2m/h，大概跑4
~5mile。
现在想进一步减肥增肌，主要是考虑肌肉可以更好的帮助控制血糖，自己小的时候也比
较喜欢健身。不知道这种情况推荐用那种meal replacement蛋白粉不？http://www.gnc.com/Protein/Meal-Replacements/family.jsp?categoryId=12950051。就是有一定卡路里，每次锻炼前（我一般午饭前跑）2杯，之后不再吃饭。这种东西会让你跑步哑铃耐力更好吗？也就是说可以让你跑更快些更久些？这样同样的时间锻炼效果更好？
大家都用这些东西吗？有没有可以推荐的牌子？ |

趁周末将一周的菜都烧好，工作日下班回家后只要从冰箱里将菜拿出来热一热，就可以
吃上热腾腾的饭菜了。
国内“单身狗”们可以效仿吗？这样的做法有没有实际可操作性？昨天，记者请教
了浙江医院消化科、营养科主任郑培奋主任医师。
一周烧一次菜，不得已的选择
不少年轻的上班族，感觉烧饭是一件麻烦事，不是烧得太多吃不完，就是因为一个

我的OB告诉我"have a big meal"。
我说不是要空腹吗？
然后他说至少你可以像平时一样吃早餐，没问题的。
看来我这里的OB不一样呀。不建议做也不提first trimester的唐筛(护士说这个
OBgroup都不做这个)，也不推荐我做second trimester的唐筛（我自己选择做了）。
当前孕26周+，体重，前三个月保持孕前，第四个月增5磅，第五个月8磅，然后我控制
了一下米饭和面条，这个月增3磅。希望两周后的糖耐能过。
每次OB数的心跳都是160（boy），大B超测的是146。 |

现在几乎不吃米饭了，改吃玉米粉。就是aunt jemima的那种一大包的corn meal。早晨
是喝点牛奶，2-3片whole wheat的面包。中午晚上的主食我都用这种玉米粉煮稠一点当
饭吃。
请问这样把玉米粉代替米饭当主食，有营养吗？蔬菜和肉类还是和以前一样吃，这个好

利是有很大水份的。跳下去之前先看清楚！净利，点餐店12-15％ 生意不是越忙就越好
的。你说的卖5000meals明着就不正规讲法。以30张桌的店午餐平均翻2.5次台，晚餐平
均1.5次台就是1天120桌次。一桌平均2.5人 —人一份餐，平均一周公休一天。就是近
6000份meal了。但午餐晚餐价钱不一样，晚上还有酒水大桌加层服務费。所以忙中午不
一定是利潤好，忙晚上也不一定差。要细分析，这是生意，是人做的。要是随便做就可
