今天看了《天天向上》提到关于环保的问题，突然想起每次吃buffet，相当多的美国人
，可能一半以上，吃buffet的时候一次只端一盘。这一点在学校的meal plan 尤其明显
，（我们学校的meal plan还是很不错的，性价比很高，不难吃），美国人绝大多数只
用一个盘子吃。我们学校是州立大学，本州学生比例占60%~70%
想起自己每次吃学校的meal plan，外面中餐buffet，以及高大上的sea food buffet,
每次至少两三盘。国内吃自助貌似都是这样吧，果然很多习惯都是从小养成的。我这算
不算是自恨呢 |

参考分量：6寸蛋糕盘一个
配料：一袋lady finger，bailey's 咖啡酒200ml,黑巧克力70克，unsalted butter
125克，细砂糖70克，vanilla extract 1/2小勺(2.5ML)，almond meal 125克，cool
whip 150克，草莓或者raspberry或者罐头黄桃适量
配料中，酒的含量可以降至150ml左右
黑巧克力一定要用好的，因为这个蛋糕完全不用gelatine，只是用巧克力来凝结，一般
的chocolate chip凝结力不够强，又太甜，我用的是trader joe's买的pound plus
dark chocolate
水果的话，用草莓或者raspberry应该最为合适，罐头黄桃有点甜，跟巧克力味道不够
和谐，但是我小农，最近草莓raspberry贵。。。

25 - 30 oz/day milk
3 meals. Each meal has combined with 2.5 - 3 oz very sticky porridge, and
several teaspoon of gerber/earth best baby food. Total amount for each meal
is around 3 - 5 oz.
One egg (both white and yolk), one yobaby yogurt. Several pieces of fruits.
When I went to check up, the PD said this amount is slightly smaller than
average, and encouraged me to add more. Even with this amount, his
percentage is ~ 50%. |

羡慕有的学校食堂好。 我朋友学校的食堂，MEAL PLAN平均下来6快多一顿饭，

我家娃也有同样的问题:体重百分比一直下降,吃饭时不给玩具就不肯好好地坐在那，睡
觉头有时出汗。
我近来也在反思自己的做法，我之前一直给宝宝喂的罐头食品，也有肉类的meal,但我
觉得可能是肉不够多（我家宝宝吃得不少），后来就自己给宝宝做了，肉，蛋，鸡汤一
加上还是很有效果的。我觉得应该在营养均衡的前提下，给宝宝一些高能量的食物。鱼
，虾每周都可以吃一些，营养师给的建议：young children should eat no more 2
meals per week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury(
one child-size meal is about 3 ouncess of fish or less)
儿医说宝宝这么大，只能在椅子上安静的坐10分钟，宝宝胃的大小和他的拳头差不多，
每顿喂的量不应超过宝宝拳头的两倍。建议少食多餐，一天6次。想想以前经常把宝宝

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at week 29-30. So now need to
monitor glucose level. My doctor told meto monitor 1hour or 2hour glucose
level after meal. And the target level is 140 or below for 1hr and 120 or
below after 1hr. I was reading some posts yesterday and many people
mentioned that the 1hr target should be 120... Did my doctor gave me the
wrong information?

一样不确定是不是过敏就没继续，后来吃过两次含wheat的东西，立刻（两小时之内）
出现过敏症状，全身多处起像被蚊子咬过后的包，但很快（出完后一个小时内）会消失

My son has been attending this daycare for about two years (since 5 months
old). He went through infant room, toddler 1 room and he is now in toddler 2
. Teachers are very experienced and well trained. Very low turnover rate.
Many teachers have been there for many years, and I do not see teacher I
know left the daycare except for one who married and moved to New Zaland. As

2.Most of time CC statement is good enough for biz meal. but keep in mind the service might ask you for a biz meal log showing with whom you had the meal, and what topic it was for, in the event of an audit. It is to verify not whether you incurred the charge, but whether it was biz related. |
