较高。
Rating Trend 里面可以看到没有FBA （merchant-fulfilled）的分数，merchant-
fulfilled我的分数是0.9左右。
你常在版上说别人纵容evil，你自己从来没碰到难缠的buyer？ 难缠的buyer碰到一次
，如果死扛，az+neg+chargeback会扣掉5分/order。下面这个参数你有几个？碰到难缠
的buyer你会怎么处理？

不收Amex是因为Amex charge的MERCHANT SERVICE FEE很高，餐馆之类的估计》3.5%，
而且据说Amex是立马就把FEE拿走。除了每个TRANSACTION收费之外，Amex还要收其它的
固定费用，小店如果Amex收得不多要个Amex的Merchant acct可能也不划算 |

了几十封，给他们各种的order confirmation 和 shipping confirmation， 还tmd不
止给了一次，至少三次。然后各种托，总说会联系merchant解决，毛皮。 最后全
rejected，说是merchants reject，跟他们没关系。尼玛自己把钱揣腰包了吧。跟他们
要reject证据，又没有。Upromise给的慢，拖两月，起码最后会给；尼玛fatwallet脱

有张Visa GC，金额剩下了$100左右，先下了单$90左右(两件货，一个$10,一个$80)，
卡上预扣了$90。第二天只发了个$10的货，所以merchant就把钱先退$90，然后重新
charge了$10，那个$80的货在back order。这样GC的available balance是$90。
一个星期后，我忘了这事儿，在同一家merchant又买了件$60的东西，很快发货了，GC
的balance变成$30，第二天那件$80的东西也有货了并寄出了，卡的balance现在是30-
80=-50。
我都没有意识到，直到刚才查gc的balance才发现。没想赖账，而且也赖不了，再说万
一送到debt collector那儿就更加得不偿失了。

Oct 26，我成功卖了六个staples 100的eGC给peterz2005。他使用后付了款。当天我又
卖给他3个75的staples eGC。他也付了款。
Oct 30 12:09PM，突然收到他邮件说只有第一个75的eGC能用，后面两个不能用，让我
查一下。从来没有想到会发生这种事情，我卖之前没有查balance，责怪自己疏忽，eGC
竟然被盗了还卖给了人家。于是当天把两张GC的钱paypal还给了他。
没想到Staples的eGC会这么容易被盗？下面是我自己的调查。
首先去了Staples店里，manager说只有是Staples卖的GC的才给查transactions，而且
必须提供买GC的order receipt。打电话给800-333-3330也同样的答复。这些eGC都是
ebay买的。给ebay的paypal_digital_gifts accont发信也没有回复。这个时候很失望
，以为GC再也找不回来了，也搞不清是被谁用了。

#）用掉的，peterz2005当天承认了第一张卡被他用掉了，那另外两张就是他用掉的。
事实这么清楚，我废了好大劲，跟staples打了好多个电话两周前终于已完全搞明白。
我不明白还有别的解释吗？ |

1.信上说要求我们取消dispute不是因为"they filed bankruptcy so creditors
should stop collecting debt"，而是说我们的chargebacks are improper and/or
fraudulent；事实上我们的chargeback确实成立因为东西没有收到；
2.公司提交破产后，不能continuing collecting debt是真的。但问题是，dispute信
用卡算不算是collecting debt。

事实上对我们来说，chargeback是针对银行的，而银行才是要去找merchant collect

marketing & sales expenses太高，尤其主要靠outside sales一家家商家谈过来，
merchant acquisition cost要消耗掉很大一部分利润。
从merchant角度看，很多one day deal带来的只是bargain hunter，并没有给他们带来
长期稳定的客户源，做了一两次后是否会继续也是问题。这就对groupon是否能保持从
前的高速增长带来疑问。
总之，个人觉得groupon是个很大的泡泡，是最近internet IPO公司里我最不看好的。 |
