merchant一直没搭理。像这个dispute一天就结束了，钱也退回来了，估计是merchant
同意退款，之后不会再给rebill回去吧？
当然是amex给的了，不过amex给之前会给merchant一定时间调查并给出相关的证据。
merchant一般懒得理的话就自然dispute成功，amex把钱从merchant那退回来 |
