例子，任何类似的情况都是这样。merchant如果是误给了buyer buyer没有authorize的
物品，merchant是没有权利强行charge buyer的credit card的，
并且buyer没有
obligation退还merchant误给的东西，因为buyer没有义务为merchant犯的错误买单。
有在网上做过买卖的人应该知道这个道理。
所以coach不会charge我两遍钱的，coach就算通过credit card company要强行charge都不可能，原因很简单，因为我没

我的palpay是关联我的checking acount，然后附加一个confirmed信用卡号
支付就出现2种错：
