还有，自己不会背后点评他人任何事情。当然，每个人思考的角度方式和权衡都不同，
不能强求一致。而且可以料到回复这个帖子的后果，会让纠正版务的人在大家眼里“小
题大做”。从这个角度讲，的确是自己写不出的。
这个帖子是从首页看到，冲着mesa进来的，也看人面子上点到即止。也许这个帖子会被
删，但是自己觉得没有违反任何版务版规，总不能不让讲真话。
麻烦WH不要借这样那样的机会再扯貌似维系感情实则伤人的事情了。如果继续点评和回
复跟自己有关的事情，麻烦知会一下，因为自己实在是不怎么来了。算我谢谢你。真为

发帖数: 141625 | 2 为了找mesa最早的灌水帖，我昨晚考古07年以来的帖子，看得心潮起伏。先按下心潮不
表，不知道mesa是不是从07年下半年开始来浙版的，我和他富有感情的纯水聊天帖已被
大浪淘走，杳无踪影，只能凭寥寥的记忆涂抹几句。
记得mesa刚上版时年轻激越，才华倜傥，笑谈白衣飘飘的大学时代、魂牵梦萦的校园情
人。mesa为之谱写激情诗篇，发表在学校诗刊上，赢得浪漫诗人的称号。mesa感叹浪漫
不再，现已沦落为科学家。mesa在版上连续发表了五期生命周刊，比如克隆猴的脑子，
饶毅的干细胞，同性恋的爱情基因，癌细胞的纳米分离，最后绝望地大叫一声做破四刀
是一种煎熬！随即销声匿迹沉入水底。生命科学我不懂，但对他的头像很感兴趣，记得
是个半坡文化式的陶盆，红陶底上有些三角形状的鱼。我对考古一向兴趣浓厚，问是哪
里的出土文物。mesa卖关子说是外星人留在他的家乡的超越时代的宝贝——mesa极其缺
乏科学家的实事求是的态度，说话不正经，爱忽悠，虚虚实实，玩笑嬉闹，滑稽类似东
方朔。这么乐观开朗的人退隐江湖，我坚信不是因为深受煎熬，而是去国家秘密机关研
制高尖端秘密生化武器……

是不是细细长长的两片对生的叶子？种在大盆里的还没动静，两个小盆里的长出好几棵
。种在当中的完整的种子都没长，反而是撒在花盆边上的不完整的种子发芽了。我先让
它们再长长，大一点再分别移到独立的花盆吧。现在最担心的是一个月不到我就要回国
，一回就是两个月。每周会有人来割草坪，我让他们每周帮我浇一次水，会不会太少？
我会把花盆放在阴凉处。另外室内植物我不知道要不要也放在室外让他们一周浇一次？
还有些冬天剪枝包起来没浇水的花，现在有的长出新叶，有三盆还是枯枝。我大概打开
报纸、开始浇水的时间太晚了是不是。今年冬天都不敢剪了包了，怕再死掉……
还有以前枯掉不少的盆栽柏树，有些地方又长出新绿。我就没扔掉（帮我们割草的园丁
让我们扔掉），觉得还是活的，就让它长下去了。不过不太好看，有的地方光秃秃。

此前 Mesa 市为吸引苹果投资建厂, 不仅加快了审批进程, 还扩建电力基础设施, 降低
财产税. 因为苹果要求 100% 绿色能源, Mesa 市还建造了新的变电所. Mesa 市计划利
用苹果的影响力, 在该地区打造一个新的科技园区. 已经有一些公司表达了在苹果附近
落户的意向.
Mesa 市工厂现在依然由 GT Advanced 运营. 根据计划, 将在 12 月完全关闭. 目前工
厂里大部分工人都已经下岗, 仅留下少数人员清洁和拆解蓝宝石熔炉, 以供 GT
Advanced 出售还债. 业界预计, 苹果重新规划 Mesa 市工厂, 最大可能是将其改为
2013 版 Mac Pro "美国制造" 的组装线. |

Mira Mesa, 位于牙哥的中部偏北，北面隔着Panasqito Canyon和Panasqito相望。Mira
Mesa据说是在70年后开始开发的，所以房子基本上是比较老旧，样式也是那个时代的
印记。当时Mira Mesa刚开发时，有不少白人居民，随着老菲和老越的不断涌入，这些
白人居民开始撤出，最后成了老菲的聚集地（另一个在National City）. 据说这些老
菲之所以可以移民，是因为他们为美国的海外部队和基地服务了很多年，因此获得移民
资格。越南战争结束以后，大批老越开始涌入美国， Mira Mesa也成了老越的聚集地。
90年代以后，Mira Mesa的北边东边和西边得到开发，又盖了不少新房和Shopping Mall
。目前还未开发的只有紧邻15号西边的那一块土地了。

1.mira mesa好的地方就是能在离公司近的地方租到房子，购物非常方便
2.个人认为mira mesa不好的地方比好的地方多哈。一个就是大型apartments里印度人
，黑人和劳模扎堆儿。倒不是不安全，就是很脏很吵，我知道的好几个apartments里都
有臭虫，印度人半夜2点不睡觉在楼外面打电话也是常事儿。
3.如果要是单身或是已婚无娃，倒是可以把mira mesa当个过渡的地方，等买到了房子
就走。如果有娃，建议还是不要在mira mesa久居，你要是去search一下san diego
county的犯罪分布图还有sex offender分布图，就知道mira mesa还是挺乱的。 |

Verde的大门口。
Mesa Verde National Park位于Colorado州的西南角，建于1906年，为保护公元600到
1300年期间生活在这里的古印第安人的遗址。“Mesa”指台地，平顶山。一千多年前，
一部分印第安人生活在台地的顶端，另外一部分却迁移到半山腰悬崖中的凹陷处，在那
里造房子，叫做“cliff dwelling”。然而，公元1300年左右，这些印第安人却举家迁
徙，离开了这片生活了七百多年的地方，原因至今仍是一个谜。公园里有大量保存完好
的遗迹，包括台地顶端的建筑物和悬崖下的cliff dwelling。
夏季公园提供三个ranger-guided tour，分别是Chapin Mesa的Cliff Palace和Balcony
House，以及Wetherill Mesa的Long House。另外有一个self-guided tour，是Chapin

发帖数: 3729 | 11 上周末快闪了一次 Hunts Mesa。 这是一片位于 Monument Valley外围的乱石岗，如果
你站在纪念碑谷的游客中心向外观看，Hunts Mesa就是东南方向那一片山岗。
Hunts Mesa不对 general public开放，也没有道路对外开放。到这里拍摄必须雇佣当
地Navajo Nation的导游，依靠四驱吉普和过硬的驾驶技术，在流沙和碎石上颠簸3小时
才能到达。目测这次经历，大概是我走过最难的 off road了，期间多次陷车，还有两
次在悬崖边打回头:-)

是能常来灌水。
希望Mesa在外面能发达，这样他的离去便成为我们的传奇。那时，我们会说，别看Mesa
人模狗样地坐在主席台，常委的旁边，他从前还不是同我们一起灌水！或者，别看他现
在在富豪榜上，从前，他还不是同我们一起讨论buffet的攻略？

沙漠版没有Mesa的日子肯定要寂寞许多。潜水的更多，灌水的更少了。愿人小鬼大的

现在觉得Mira Mesa上班比较近，家里有两个小朋友，５岁和２岁半，要上Ｋ．我们计
划用greatschools.org上面学校的rating来找地方住．
-- 如要孩子上好的K，那么请找靠Mira Mesa 周围地区的K，好像最近的Scripps Ranch
区，或者Poway区的一些K比较好，有几家 Montessori 的 K 不妨考虑去考察下先，它
们差不多都取 0 到 K-12 (11-12 years old)。
朋友转学的事情．
-- 不妨先从网上查询好，预约，过来直接去看。
校招生范围内读？ＣＶ／４Ｓ的小学比Mira Mesa好很多吗？
--一般都是从早（开门时间各家会不同）到下午1或2点结束，然后按小时付费帮你们照

发帖数: 471 | 23 圣迭戈有几个室内攀岩的地方，我去过两个，一个是Mesa Rim，一个是Vetical Hold.

Mesa Rim是今年才开的，地方很大，很舒服。在Mira Mesa。一天的价钱是$17，还要加上一些设备，大概$25-30.对于从来没有爬过的可以选择上一个40分钟的课 （Belay Lesson），$30，可以爬一天，还包括设备的钱。
攀岩很有意思，需要两个人，一个在下面拉住绳子，另一个在上面爬，如果没有劲了，绳子可以保护。有些墙超过90度，很有挑战性。墙上有大大小小的石头，石头上有不同颜色的标签，代表不同的难度。攀岩之后，我的手和胳膊非常累，连瓶盖都拧不开了。听专家说，攀岩主要用腿的力量。但是还是需要有很强的上肢力量。 |

我们打算先租一年房，然后看情况再慢慢买房．
计划租3BR的single family house.
我们计划是因为是租的，所以重点离公司近，上班方便，然后是小学学校好，
现在觉得Mira Mesa上班比较近，家里有两个小朋友，５岁和２岁半，要上Ｋ．我们计

请问版上有经验的同学给些建议．我们大概会这个月中过来看租房的情况和联系一下小

另外Ｍira Mesa 的K是免费半天还是一天？还有小朋友读书能不能跨区还是只能在学校

宝宝明年年初就两岁了，最近抓紧时间在看daycare：
Serrento valley children center： waiting list太长了，而且好像九月有一周的
school close， 每月要1200多还要外加200的material fee， 不提供lunch. 那里的老
师好像工作了很久，很有经验的样子。孩子在送之前必须自己会吃饭会用restroom，
不然会告知回家再等等
Scripps daycare：waiting list也很长，而且不是Scripps 的employee感觉基本没戏

also had the opposite happen where I order a regular but they made a large
and didn't charge me any extra when I told them. :)
That said, Mira Mesa Tea Station is just so so so slow when we go during
lunch hour. If we forget to phone in our drinks, we've waited 30-40 minutes
before multiple times.
Clairemont Mesa one I like a lot. More chinese speaking waitresses (seems

房的两三小时内秒gone，且房价比几个月前涨了一百多。遂开始考虑mira mesa以及更
往北的地方儿。
我们就俩人，ld在球康上班儿，希望能住在commute较近的地方。听说北边更安全，但
一眼望去mira mesa那边的荒山心里打鼓啊。自己跑了几个地方做了点儿research，目
前三个options如下，求各路建议，敬谢不敏哈
1。mira mesa 92126
看了summerset之类的，房子好像相对旧，价格比2高一点点。但也近一点儿。
2.mm更北边 92128
这里房子好像相对比较新，W/D啥的都有，但基本都在荒山附近，不知道住进去会咋样。
3.UTC附近 92122
这个实在是没谱儿。2b或者1b w loft的需求量似乎很大，基本都在$1800以上了。不是
不想考虑，而是没来得及考虑就眼睁睁的看着candidates秒gone了。

apartment？价格在2000以下，有in-unit washer and dryer, 最好周围有中国老年人
的聚集地，家里老人来了不会太无聊。

早上7点多就起来了。旅途中我通常不会起这么早，可是主人一大早就起床到加油站那里
的便利店工作去了，虽然人家很放心的把我一个人留在家里，我也不好意思赖床了。把行
李装到车上，给昨夜住过的小屋拍照留念：
