意，这里的补偿或者返利可不是一般的税收减免。
这则消息来自华尔街日报，许多企业因为加拿大的这项激励政策已经开始陆续选择加拿
大，比如说Mighty Cast公司就决定将总部从硅谷迁至蒙特利尔，这样能够相当有效地
节约成本。这样一来，这家公司80%的员工薪资成本都将以退税支票的形式被加拿大的
激励政策覆盖到，而且实际上Mighty Cast本身的财务状况也非常好。另外像是思科这
样的企业甚至也因此与政府达成合约，准备在加拿大建立办公室。
不过要享受这样的优惠政策，前提是企业必须“主要”由加拿大居民“控制”（不一定
要求是加拿大公民），如果说企业无法达成这一条件，或者无法将公司迁往加拿大，也
可以选择在加拿大发射一颗卫星，加拿大政府仍然负责50%的薪资成本。

译出上一本书以后，由于暂时没有适合翻译的新书，我开始给自己放假：每
天坐在厨房的录音机旁，边听磁带边看电子书。三天前，随便拿出一盘《美国乡
村音乐系列情歌》（The best of country & western Vol.2），A面的第一首是
节奏轻快的《神龙帕夫》（Puff, the Magic Dragon）。这首歌我不知听过多少
次了，却从没有注意过歌词的内容。于是，我拿起磁带的歌片，看了看它的歌词。
然后，我被歌词的内容迷住了——我不能完全看懂它的象征意味，这反而让它显
得更加迷人。我想，这绝不是普通的流行歌曲，一定在西方或者说美英文化生活
中留下过印记。为了求证这一点，我必须上网。
我打开电脑，连上网络，在百度百科中发现了一篇谈论《神龙帕夫》的文章：
“‘有歌评这样说：这首歌主要是谈小孩子长大的过程，及对环境的感受。
歌词中的Puff实为一虚构的奇异龙，用此来影射孩子小时侯很喜欢小玩具，长大
后就把奇异龙甩掉，因为孩子已慢慢长大，对这种虚构的东西已不再有兴趣了’。

上漆还是挺麻烦的。动手能力强的人也得做几次才有感觉。另外对家里卫生不好。没有
独立garage的话不要做。
买做好漆好的neck和body的话，基本上螺丝刀，电钻点烙铁就可以了。
我要便宜的时候都是在ebay上买，等到好deal的时候一个好neck大概$125-$150，>=美
芬的质量。
这种档次neck的牌子有：USACG, Warmoth, AllParts, Musikraft。
比较次的是韩产的: Mighty Mite, 比墨芬好一些吧。
我建议买好一些的neck。把那些关键字放到ebay搜索list里面，耐心一点总能找到好
deal。直接上他们网站买得$150-$300,400.
哦，neck其实不一定买上好漆的。回来自己用tru oil抹一下其实也很不错。不需要任
何设备。
body嘛，买个Mighty Mite之类的应该够了，可能几十到一百多把。
hardware也在ebay上买好了。
我不建议买kit，因为一个质量不太好，再就是要自己喷漆，麻烦。

其实这词曾出现在稍早的经文，用来称呼洪水之前邪恶的巨人族∶
「当那些日子，以及以后的日子，地上 有巨人；
神子们进去找人类的女子们，生了儿子；
那就是上古有名的勇士。」（创世记六章4节直译）
圣经影射宁录是邪恶一族，
在犹太人的法典里 （Talmud），描述宁录猎取人的灵魂，
