如果Refugee变成migrant，我想他们还可以接受；变成immigrant，就会有很多人不满
意了。就象老中办政庇，政庇批准了，就有工卡，可以在美国工作、学习、生活，如果
不申请绿卡，政庇条件不满足了，比如大陆取消计划生育政策，就必须得回国。

第一，文章里只说2014年收了这么多，没说每年都应该收这么多。2014年是奥巴马执政
年，而他一直在给穆斯林大量发放绿卡，有什么大个数字一点不稀奇。
如果希拉里上台，肯定会变本加厉继续这个做法，但川普没义务继续。
第二，“migrant”不是我们通常说的“移民”，更接近“难民”，是成群涌来的，而
不是像我们华人一样，一个一个独立案例。
正常的合法移民，只有employment based和family based两种，其他的是难民之类。
实际上，难民的含义应该是临时避难，一旦自己家乡战难停止，就应该返回家园。像奥
