首先，我为华人的政治觉醒而欢呼。美国的很多口号，都是不错的，比如机会均等（
Equal Opportunity)。但是实际上，远没有切实到升学，职场和政坛的实处。华人的机
会，可以从一句俚语中窥见一斑（Chinaman's Chance) 华人在美国，无论上班或者做
小生意，都是兢兢业业，与世无争，甚至于逆来顺受。上一次重大事件，华人参与了政
治进程，还是1989年六四绿卡的时候。大家参与了，争取了，能够取得共识，无论结果

芬兰人治世的一个原则叫tasa-arvoinen。 对应的英文是 egalitarian，中文大概叫劫
富济贫更形象些。长久以来，这个原则的影响已经覆盖了芬兰社会的方方面面。日常生
活中，个税税率的差异自不必说， 就连公立幼儿园的收费都是跟家庭收入挂钩。 同一
个幼儿园里，小朋友的月费可能会差个百八十欧的， 原因就是爹妈的工资高低不同，
挣得越多，缴的越多。还好芬兰教育从小学开始就免费了， 不然要这样二十多年下来
，上下差得也不是个小数目了。
这种sliding-scale 的不只是缴费（税）， 还有罚金，比如驾驶违规。在芬兰， 你要
是开车违章被警察逮着了，如果是轻微超速20（公里/时）， 警察只会开给你基本罚单

国内别说北上广深，就是二线城市，三线城市的家庭，每家每户都得有上百万，净资产

也是相当可以了，中国二线以上的家庭，卖了房出国，到美国全是Millionaire。
这就跟保定自己发行货币，叫保比，1保比兑换1人民币，不许自由兑换，保定房价1000

没有民主党总统好，失业率也高，基本没有什么好的，就对millionaire税上好，但是
如果millionair主要资产在股市，其实可能也没有民主党好，因为民主党期间股市涨的
多，即使多交点税，net growth还是多啊。 |

即使没有语言障碍，也很少能升一级，到中层管理员。
更不要说到director这种级别。
因为在美国，和地位流动性小的国家一样，父母的关系非常重要。
这就是美国议员的孩子是议员，老板的孩子是老板。
收入要比父母高，几乎是不可能的。
父母亲15万，能到millionaire是父母节省。
自己的子女的收入和自己差不多，但是消费已经美国化。
就不会变成millionaire，也就很穷了。
再说亚裔的平均家庭收入只有6万多。比你说的亚裔牛逼差得远了。 |
