innovation和leadership, 美国就不是现在的美国, 那些外国人也不用挤破脑袋要来美

这世界上本身就没有絶对的平等. 就跟同一个人的五个手指头都不一样的長. 但是绝对
要有相对的平等, 也就是说有能力, 多劳者就要多得. 能力少的相对少得. 且对那些绝
对的病残没有能力的, 国家得用税收人的钱让他们衣食看病无忧, 保证基本的生活. 去
查查美国的welfare, Medicaid (不是Medicare). 有没有人在abuse 这些福利.
说句正治不正确的话, 所谓’穷人’ 为什么穷, 除了责怪社会, ‘富人’, 外界因素
，有没有好好找找自身原因. 有没有从小教育要自立自强, 有责任感, 有自律. 其实
真正要做的是怎样做才能从本质上帮助他们提高自己而不是给他们free handouts. 因
为人本身就有sin, 想不劳而获, 相少劳多得.

年换一部不过不是那种很新很大的，一有假期就冲出去，近则加州温哥华，远则夏威夷
南美，不过感觉也不是millionaire。
另外一个同事，中国人，因为喜欢飞机所以来美国，买了个二手飞机，有空就往纽约圣
地亚哥飞，还老想叫上大家，可是大家都害怕不敢做他飞机。也不是很富，普通打工而
已。
老板的老板及其同事，应该是millionaire，不过也就是开开保时捷之类，家里豪宅倒
是有，但也没有游艇啊飞机之类的。
这东西还是要看个人追求吧，要是人家追求个拉菲之类的，估计钱砸下去了我们也看不
到…… |

芬兰人治世的一个原则叫tasa-arvoinen。 对应的英文是 egalitarian，中文大概叫劫
富济贫更形象些。长久以来，这个原则的影响已经覆盖了芬兰社会的方方面面。日常生
活中，个税税率的差异自不必说， 就连公立幼儿园的收费都是跟家庭收入挂钩。 同一
个幼儿园里，小朋友的月费可能会差个百八十欧的， 原因就是爹妈的工资高低不同，
挣得越多，缴的越多。还好芬兰教育从小学开始就免费了， 不然要这样二十多年下来
，上下差得也不是个小数目了。
这种sliding-scale 的不只是缴费（税）， 还有罚金，比如驾驶违规。在芬兰， 你要
是开车违章被警察逮着了，如果是轻微超速20（公里/时）， 警察只会开给你基本罚单
