昨天国际象棋界的Sinquefield Cup完美收官。 Sinquefield Cup是每年例行的国际顶

本来是打算去玩玩 Water Park 就算了。上次去 Sea World 的 Water Park 时间太仓
促，未能尽兴。但 LD 说要去 Disney World。我自己是不太想去 Disney 的。一来是
以前去过加州 Disney Land。二来是 Disney 排队的时间实在太长，与其说去玩，倒不
如说去排队。
但与 LD 作对只有一个下场，最后只能屈服。公司有 Employee Discount，通过

经过这个Miniature World不知道多少次了，但是总觉得，就是那些微缩景观么，有什么
好看，还要花几块钱的门票。 今天有coupon，我于是利用午饭后散步的时间，进去看看

一进门，黑洞洞的；那些闪烁的灯光，更像是迪厅。 眼睛适应了黑暗之后，看出来，这
些是迷你的太空。后来看介绍，这是2201年的外空空间。 据说设计者的逻辑是， 还有什
么比太空能让我们觉得自己渺小呢？没有。 所以，用迷你的太空作为开始，是最好的一
个虚拟现实！ 我没大搞懂这个逻辑，难道这个迷你世界就是让我们觉得自己很“大”？
管它，黑乎乎的，让我想起了今天看的变态杀人故事（这也是我没去蜡像馆的原因！）快
步走过这个走廊，推开门，进入了真正的迷你世界。
映入眼帘的第一个部分，是个战争的场景。我很喜欢这种沙盘地展示方式，很清楚的看清
全局。整个场景看起来是很假没错，可是做得丝毫不马虎， 连远处的火堆，都还记得要
冒烟。 对了，旁边的那只胖手是我的， 为了给大家看一下比例。

月。主人一怒之下告上联邦法院。SPCA 里面的人也说奖金就靠抄家了。到底谁在ABUSE
ANIMALS? 我对城里的抄家，animal control 之类的没意见，毕竟人口密集，条件差
。这荒郊野岭的，关他们什么事。我觉得应该大力推动通过那个佛罗里达的动物保护法
，还应该全国推广。

我是在voltage clamp条件下（－80mv及＋40mv）记录EPSC，溶液用的是大部分都用的
胞外溶液外加picrotoxin以block掉GABAergic neurotransmission，那个我们实验室一
直用，应该没什么问题，osmolarity 在305－310之间，电极液用的是CsCl溶液，加入
了TEA, QX-314，以便block K＋和Cl－通道，然后用了比较高的EGTA做Ca buffer，因
为我不需要看plasticity，实际上是希望能避免掉plasticity发生。osmolarity是275
，ph7.3，这些也是文章上用的配方，我感觉应该没什么问题。
我的记录方式是，现在－80mv条件下刺激产生一个清晰稳定的EPSC，过数分钟感觉比较
稳定了之后开始降低刺激强度（调整刺激输出电流），知道到某个点刚刚刺激产生一个
单个的突出反应，或者没反应，连续刺激就会有时候产生反应（通常是单个的），有时

王绍光的演讲生动有趣，讲的深入浅出，即使像我这样的外行，看了也有收获。印象最
深刻的是“抽签民主”，这一点，以前数学（陈必红）多次也写过。抽签的实质是随机
抽样，只有随机抽样，才能解决大样本的代表性问题。也就是说，只有抽签，才能真正
的实现representative democracy所声称的代表性。当然，光是有代表性，仍然不足以
实现民主，这就需要群众性的参与，也就是毛泽东思想里的群众路线，王给群众路线起
了一个洋名，"qunticipation"，"qun"就是群众的意思。
总之，王绍光的这篇演讲，还是很值得一看的。内容也很丰富，可以从中大致了解毛派
对民主制度建设的观点。

成军3年3个月累积不少人气，没想到近日宣布将在7月17日解散。
该团解散原因是成员竹之内良梦哭着揭露：「我妈妈跟男粉丝搞上了」，且妈妈还说其他成员坏话，最后5人只好分道扬镳，震惊大批粉丝。
据工作人员发表的解散内容，竹之内良梦的母亲和男粉丝交换手机号码，随后一直频繁保持联系。
此举严重违反公司规定，妈妈因此被公司约谈。
而她事后被家人责骂，「妳真的很差劲！偷看人家手机还告诉公司」，又发现妈妈一直向粉丝泄漏自己的私事，成员也被爆出和粉丝有关系等不实传言。
如今那名男粉丝也正在失联中。
竹之内良梦遭受到很大的打击，与其他4位成员之间产生不信任，关系持续恶化，再加上公司内部也有人离职，结果只好解散。

火奴鲁鲁动物园（Honolulu Zoo）是美国唯一由国王捐献土地建成的动物园，占地面积
42英亩，也是方圆四千公里内最大的动物园。它坐落在火奴鲁鲁市卡皮欧拉尼女王公
园( Kapiolani Park) 内。
夏威夷动物很少，一千年以前，最早来到夏威夷的玻里尼西亚移民带来了狗，猪和鸡三
种动物，直到十七世纪库克船长（Captain James Cook）出现，夏威夷人只知道有以上

发帖数: 14447 | 49 王绍光的演讲生动有趣，讲的深入浅出，即使像我这样的外行，看了也有收获。印象最
深刻的是“抽签民主”，这一点，以前数学（陈必红）多次也写过。抽签的实质是随机
抽样，只有随机抽样，才能解决大样本的代表性问题。也就是说，只有抽签，才能真正
的实现representative democracy所声称的代表性。当然，光是有代表性，仍然不足以
实现民主，这就需要群众性的参与，也就是毛泽东思想里的群众路线，王给群众路线起
了一个洋名，"qunticipation"，"qun"就是群众的意思。
总之，王绍光的这篇演讲，还是很值得一看的。内容也很丰富，可以从中大致了解毛派
对民主制度建设的观点。
