1.先统计一层SOS如前面
2.按第一层SOS成绩相加得到每对所打的第二层球队的胜负和
3.加权，第一层乘以1，第二层除以20。这是考虑到每队平均打了10场，另外第二层影响
减半

首先定义blow out之后垃圾时间。我只有每节的得分。我的定义是半场领先30分，
3节领先20分。"人品指数"=垃圾时间的分差除以垃圾时间次数。另外给出了垃圾时间次
数。
谁讲人品谁不讲人品很清楚了。当然也有几个倒霉的在我定义的垃圾时间里被人追分很多
甚至反超的。

排名这么算简单些，win-loss的SOS比较复杂，尤其是考虑现在每队打得比赛数量还不
一样。
费了些时间搞定了，结果如下。胜负场次对每队打的总场次归一化。
第一层*1，第二层*0.5，第三层*0.25，以此类推。
SEC西区排名抢眼啊。
我原来一直觉得TCU比BSU SOS强很多，看来是错觉，以这个赛季到现在的成绩，SOS不
分伯仲。
TCU计算积分高大概是因为多大两场，而且BSU的两个相对强队还没打。最后计算积分会
很接近。
Oregon我就不说。。。

说完SWAMP TOUR，该是PLANTATION TOUR乐，分布在MISSISSIPPI河下游较大的
PLANTATION大概有五六个吧，都在MISSISSIPPI河的两岸。我们订的TOUR路线包括
三个PLANTATION，但只是停下来走其中最大的一个，OAK ALLEY PLANTATION。其
他两个是BAY TREE PLANTATION和DESTREHAN PLANTATION。其中DESTREHAN是历史
最悠久的一个，而OAK ALLEY是风景最好的，BAY TREE则就在OAK ALLEY的旁边。
OAK ALLEY离NEW ORLEANS大约35MILE，以通向MISSISSIPPI河的28棵OAK TREE闻名，
这些树已有大概三百年的历史，是最早到此的人所种，至今已无法考证。在

New Orleans还是很有特色的一个地方，值得一去。
（1）Bourbon St：第一天晚上和老婆在Bourbon St上逛了一圈，都是酒吧和脱衣舞吧
，觉得还是不适合我们。进了其中一个酒吧，站了一会儿就逃出来了，实在是太吵。不
过有两个特色的东西可以一试，一个是Tropical isle的特色鸡尾酒，罐在一个特殊的
杯子里，街上几乎人手一杯。另一样东西如果mm们有兴趣可以一买，就是面具，每家
gift shop里都有，不过French market上买会便宜很多，虽然品种少一点。
（2）French quarter：第二天白天逛了French quarter的Jackson square， St.
Louis Cathedral和附近的St Louis Cemetery 1。NO的墓地是比较特别的，建在地上，
如果你不避忌这个的话可以去逛一下，也有专门的tour介绍这些墓地。
（3）Oak Alley Plantation：第二天下午去了Oak Alley Plantation，是一个豪宅种
植园，门口的一排橡树非常漂亮，买票的时候记住AAA可以打折。

说完SWAMP TOUR，该是PLANTATION TOUR乐，分布在MISSISSIPPI河下游较大的
PLANTATION大概有五六个吧，都在MISSISSIPPI河的两岸。我们订的TOUR路线包括
三个PLANTATION，但只是停下来走其中最大的一个，OAK ALLEY PLANTATION。其
他两个是BAY TREE PLANTATION和DESTREHAN PLANTATION。其中DESTREHAN是历史
最悠久的一个，而OAK ALLEY是风景最好的，BAY TREE则就在OAK ALLEY的旁边。
OAK ALLEY离NEW ORLEANS大约35MILE，以通向MISSISSIPPI河的28棵OAK TREE闻名，
这些树已有大概三百年的历史，是最早到此的人所种，至今已无法考证。在
INTERVIEW WITH VAMPIRE中BRAD PITT的庄园就是在那拍的。刚到此地，我的感觉
是就象走进了GONE WITH WIND的书里，不知如何形容是好。
这个PLANTATION建于1839年，当然是法国后裔的。在LOUISIANA |

1年前去Jackson朋友家玩，对贵方宝地留有深刻良好的印象。
最近有些突发事件，在申请转学到Univ Mississippi Medical Center。
其中牙科系的biomaterial graduate program我有点感兴趣。
我想知道他们录取的学生大致是什么样的GRE成绩、什么样的研究背景？
学生每周工作多少小时？
值得跟的教授有哪几位？
如果有谁了解情况的，给点信息吧。非常感谢！
