that they are not obligated to pay it under my policy. However, later I

learned/improved:
1. In terms of my overall skiing, I am a bit better after the camp. My turns
are more fluid, I have better speed control, and I have much better
awareness of many aspects of my skiing (flexion/extension, upper body
coordination through CA/CB, and fore-aft balance).
2. I know what I did well (relatively speaking). That is tipping, inside

re "容易挑起家庭矛盾", she do always mention why i can i have good relationship with my mom in law, and she told me sometime she heard when my mom in law's bad mouthing me. I just ignore and never care of what she said. Since nanny is for short period of time, and my mom in law is one of my close relative.

I expressed my slow-heart-rate concern. He said it would
be better to take ECG to make sure. He did not think I
would have anything wrong - but to ease my worry and
remove any concern he might have just in case. He listened
to my heart beat, extremely strong was his comment. He also
said that my deep breathes are very long, strong, and steady,
very healthy.

这个熊孩子有一副好嗓子，在台上声嘶力竭地大吼。 因为每个节目有两分钟的时间限
制， 这熊孩子吼的极快。歌词也听不太清楚。感觉极炒。
后来，一个偶然的机会点了一首油管推荐的萨克斯管曲子：

做后期不行，于是我试图在演唱和录音时做到味精哥的那个
后期效果，录了下面这轨。下面这个后期只做了区段音量调
整来配合伴奏，大部分地方不超过 4 dB。没有做压缩，混
响是直接录的自然混响，没有加后期混响。录音机是
Tascam DR-08，具体录音和演唱设置待会儿再说
我试图演绎成 classic-crossover 的风格，我唱得不好，
我只是想表达：“I did it my way”。
这个也是粗混，音量调整不是太仔细。这个也不是最终版本，

but they know I hate it now. I believe that it is editorial board made it
worse every year.
