个人信息：南加某校理工科博二学生，敏感专业，上一回签证被check。
出发之前：
1. Google了一下发现Tijuana签证成功率比较高，没看到拒签或者被check的报道，师
兄师姐上个月面签成功，这都给了我一定的信心。可是也担心万一被check，毕竟以前
被check过，而且学校的international student advisor 告诉我上次被check这次极有
可能被check。也不知道如果被check能不能不要让他在旧visa上盖cancel，没盖cancel
还能回美国。权衡得失以及前人经验之后，查了一下tijuana回国内的机票（$2000+)，
收拾了一下房间的东西，就毅然决然地开车勇闯Tijuana了。

媒体报道: sciencedaily, nanotechnology today 还有好几个physics和nano类的科学网站，有一些是欧洲的。全国专业
学会的会刊专门做了两篇报道。
review: 这个比较弱，和老板review了一些。editor直接发给我review的目前只有6篇。。。估计半年内应该能攒到10篇 |

exhibit。但是，到后面几部分时，exhibit就很少，甚至有的模板里完全没有标出
exhibit。有时候看到描述某领域的重要性的句子时，觉得应该有个文献证明，但貌似
模板里面都没有，比如类似下面这种描述：

这样定义性的描述要不要给文献注明呢？ |

一个patent 在写, 估价来不及放上去
citation: 不多, 独立大概65, 不过分布感觉还可以
有几个好大学的dissertation引了, 但是就一两句话, 不知道要不要强调
另外有两片小paper大段介绍我做的东西, 想问问该在哪里强调一下?
律师只是让我把google scholar的页面打印出来
review: 大概70多次, 大多是些不知名杂志
另外给有的会议只有invitation, 没有review完的thank you email, 不知道
要不要写上去?
律师没有让我问任何editor要RL, 我是不是要跟她说去要一封?

US 一般学校Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering Ph.D毕业 ２年，留在原来
学校做Research Assistant Professor.
文章中英文一起 11篇(英文７篇，４篇Ｆirst author),无顶级journal(其中有篇
Nanotechnology可以算是Mechanical Enigneering的顶级）。
Citation 110+, 绝大部分是他引，中文引用２０－３０左右。
Review 55+,分布在１０多个ｊｏｕｒｎａｌ。
另外还有一个第三作者的US patent disclosure, 一个1.4 Million 的ＮＩＨ-Small
Business Innovation Research 的 Co-Investigator.
还有就是自己做的东西很偏应用，在老板的Startup公司兼职做Senior Research
Scientist,有我名字的专利老板很快就可以拉到Investment.

考虑绿卡，本打算能在美国待几年就ok了。来了之后感觉美国生活的惬意，就有了申绿

要写一个review，因为老板催的劲，2个月的时间就写好了一个editor letter。再加上
中间美国和中国的传统节日，到了2月份才递交出去。Index to Exhibit 用的是junegt
版友的。简洁清晰，分明。
本人专业无机化学，cas PhD，18篇文章，基本都是英文，10+第一作者，最好的才是CM
，cc这样的。
总引用大概在290+，独立大约280，但没有区分是否独立引用。只计算了isi的引用，没
有算google scholar和cnki的引用，没有计算书的引用。根据esi的数据，8个10%.
