发帖数: 106 | 1 首先感谢版友对我之前tlx帖子的回复。先说一下买车之前做的功课，然后谈一下tlx-
awd with adv pkg和Q50的感受。开车4年，没有出过一次事故，但有几次险些出事故。
所以买车之前把以前可能出事故的场景回顾了一下，然后买车时专门加相应的pkg. 之
前险些发生的事故：
1.开长途累了，高速偏道，有几次差点开到curb上。 所以买车时加了有lane keeping
,和departure lane warning 的pkg
2.换道没check到盲点，所以希望加blind spot checking。
3. 雨天高速车距保持不好。可能需要加collison warning.
其实避免accident主要看人，任何的tech都是辅助，不过如果tech能让accident的概率
从千分之一降到万分之一，我还是会加tech pkg. 不知道这个观念是否正确。
所以买车时不管bmw, benz, q50, tlx，我都加了safty pkg.
之前试了Q50和tlx-awd.
tlx-awd操控虽然比bmw差一些，但还说的过去。stop-go的功能可有可无，这个不是

pole saw is actually a kind of chain saw.
Pole saw can reach a tree with 10 feet tall.
manual saw is ok but cannot work with a tree high above the ground.

别也是明显的。recreational skier 99%都是静态重心靠后的，你可以在lift上看一下。
关键是转弯的时候有这个hip move forward的过程，you should have your center of
mass far enough forward as you tip and pressure the ski at turn initiation,
so that you're pressuring the front boot cuff to add an optimal amount of
reverse camber bend to the front of the ski early enough in the turn to

country and city, I think it's necessory but need to be more flexible.
A fact just FYI: I've been to Mexico City which doesn't control the population
flow. It has over 20 million ppl now and is still growing. It's the messest
city I've ever visited. Frankly, I don't want any of our city to become like
that. |

I agree current medical system has its limit, sometime stupid. One patient
was just discharged from hospital with a prescription of seizure meds. The
patient could not refill the meds because he has no transportation to
pharmacy, 3 days later, he has more seizures and family wants to call 911 to
sent him back to ER. The fact is: The ambulance service to ER is "free",

coverage, all psycho patients have to be transferred.
I don't think they are going to kick you out but they probably have some
concerns about you, not necessory about the language. Nevertheless, take it

Per AAP guideline "Urinalysis cannot substitute for urine culture to document the presence of UTI but needs to be used in conjunction with culture."
Gold standard is urine catherization.
New UTI guideline is that if this is this child's first episode of UTI and
renal US is negative, VCUG is not necessory. However I just has a similar case on

If you read the comments below the article, you way get a better view on
this case.
The attoney filed the case on emotional distress. If there is any wrong
doing which led to a bad outcome, I don't think any attoney is going to miss
it. The problem here is: there is really nothing wrong to be sued, but
instead come up with a ridiculous excuse in order to sue. |

a hematologist, and a pediatic unit director. All said anticoagulation is a
must. With pain and edema, even it is a chronic DVT, a recurrence is very
likely. They all recommended lovenox, and the pediatrician even believed a

surgically.
