關於中朝邊界在歷史上的爭議問題，中國學者已有非常深入和詳盡的討論。不過，這方
面的研究成果大都集中在明清時代的邊界糾紛、談判及其結果，鮮有涉及之後特別是中
華人民共和國時期的論著[1]。究其原因，一是史料缺乏，二是問題敏感[2]。然而，研
究1950至60年代中朝關係的歷史，邊界問題無論如何是繞不過去的。為此，筆者盡力查
找了中國外交部和有關邊疆省區的檔案、台灣國史館和外交部的檔案，以及韓國學者公
布的相關檔案文件，以期對這個問題有所交代，並做出中國學者的解讀。
一 歷史遺留下來的問題
中國和朝鮮對國界線的劃分有爭議，屬歷史遺留下來的問題，而影響問題解決的主要有
自然地理和民族感情兩方面的因素。
在中國明朝和朝鮮李朝建立之初，兩國已確定鴨綠江、圖們江為界河。兩江皆發源於長
白山，長白山天池為松花江、鴨綠江和圖們江的三江源頭。鴨綠江、圖們江中游以下河

法新社报道，美国国务院2月13日公布1973至1976年的解密外交档案。根据档案，

两人是于1973年2月17日，在毛泽东住处开始这段直到午夜才结束的冗长对话。当

们，前阵子演里根我错过了，这次的主题是尼克松。
