其实咱们这里每天阴阴的，可是出了167就能看见大太阳了，这个地方除了远一点，其
他都不错，当然对登山的大牛是小儿科，可是对大多数人和家庭来说还是满适合的，从
trail head的停车场到可以看到圣海伦斯的景点往返4迈半，跨度1000尺左右，带娃也
适合。
最赞的是，爬山沿途可以看到三座雪山：亚当斯，雷捏耳和海伦斯。
就是开车过去有点远，不过可以看见大太阳，多吸收维他命D.

今天全天观看国际滑雪联合会2011年北欧世界滑雪锦标赛（FIS Nordic World Ski
Championships 2011）。
FIS 就是 Federation Internationale de Ski 的简称了。
这次锦标赛从2011年02月23日到2011年03月06日，共12天。
比赛在挪威（Norway）奥斯陆（Oslo）著名的霍门科伦滑雪场（Holmenkollen）举行。
这是第四次在霍门科伦滑雪场举行北欧世界滑雪锦标赛了。
上三次分别是在1930年，1966年，和1982年。
然后下一届北欧世界滑雪锦标赛是在意大利（Italy）北部多洛米蒂山（Dolomites）特
伦蒂诺（Trentino）的费耶美山谷（Val di Fiemme）举行。
那里好像出产制作小提琴的顶级云杉木。
另外霍门科伦滑雪场还在1952年举行过第6届冬季奥运会。

Contrary to the China-bashing coverage by mainstream Western media (which
also controls much of global media), the award of the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize

前两年诺贝尔和平奖，不论是戈尔，还是obama，国际上各大媒体
都有非常明显的争议性。
只有这次刘晓波，国际上各大媒体，不论左右，conservative还是liberal
一边倒的祝贺刘晓波骂TG，貌似从来没有那么一致过。
说老实话，我本来以为以TG这些年存的那么多外汇储备，收买一两
个所谓“国际友人”，一两个有点影响外国媒体骂骂诺贝尔委员会，
应该还是做得到的，但是到现在都一个多礼拜了，只有一个从来没有
听说过的什么“挪威教授”，还有个美国老年愤青在自己blog的博文
里面指责诺贝尔（人家即使指责诺贝，也没有说TG一个好字），TG喉舌
为了增强影响力，仍是造谣给人家戴了个“CNN VP”的头衔，贻笑大方
难怪啊，菌斑EUV等几个著名五毛这个礼拜都发疯了。
