Vikings receiver Cordarrelle Patterson hopes to make Patriots coach Bill
Belichick regret last year’s draft.
The Patriots traded the 29th overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft to the
Vikings, who used that pick on Patterson. As Patterson sees it, that shows

个房1.5万，在patterson elementary加建教室。绝然不给。我觉得他们不光是奸商，
而且是脑子坏掉了。他们的房子，break even的价钱大概在80万以下。虽然最近各方面
的成本有所上升，但不会相距太远。

transfer到Newark学区，而且给出了具体的timeline. 一些DR Horton 和KB 的home
Buyer 在whatsapp上组织了一个group,并且有人在club house 前发传单，告诉想买房
的人学区的最新消息，因为很多人还不知道，而sales office的人很可能会给你很模糊
或misleading的信息。现在这个group大约有30多户参加，声势还很小，今天上午agent
还叫来了警察，但警察过来后没觉得有任何违法行为。大家的目的是提醒potential
homebuyers, 希望迫使builder跟学区合作。如果还有已买房的像加入这个group,可以

下，奸商能不建学校拍拍屁股就走。MORRIS的上任都在ardenwood开过会，要求抵制。
没有刷无赖的问题。
这个很多年前的事了，一直没谈拢。至于kennedy 是不是比newark差，见仁见智了。如
果确定是上newark，新房比邻近的ponderrosa cove，没有明显更高的竞争力。newark
high不如logan。不过奸商想自己这么作，就由他去吧。只是替已经受骗的买家可惜。
对Patterson elementary的提高也没有好处。 |
