其实现在的M sports pkg不是已经有了么?我估计不会再出来个某个车的M performance版
我的理解,M performance car更接近AMG
就是甭管你啥车,咣一下塞进去个big engine,运动调校一下,然后就是M performance了
反过来M car回到以前严肃的定义里面去.
这样或许也容易区分.

block listing。而且给的理由都非常荒唐。经过询问seller support，我发现这个
seller performance team是今年Amazon给outsource出的单位，它之所以这么嚣张是因
为要邀功请赏，刷存在。我这么说还有一个依据是你联系这个单位都要直接发email而
无法通过seller support系统，而且他给我回过的email还要cc一个amazon.com的人。
我建议大家一起complain它。因为这个被outsorced出去的部门和Amazon其他部门之间
一定也有利益冲突，应该可以借力使力拿掉它，或者至少让它收敛一些。所有被这个
seller performance team整过的神医一定要在复活以后complain一下它来反击。时间
长了这个team搞得天怒人怨活不长。

事情是这样的，虽然是小公司但是还是细分了研发组和测试组，分别有两个不同的老板

我的代码有问题找我来解决，但是多数是他自己的问题，而且他特别能说能给自己找借
口，这样就耽误我不少时间。现在他老板要约我谈话聊他的performance review，我该
实事求是的说还是尽量别说不好的？因为他和他们老板关系还不错，而且我们公司人际
关系很复杂有很多小团体的感觉，而我也不属于什么团体也不清楚里面的关系，这种情
况下该怎么做？我们组老板平时比较怕事，也不会和其它组争，只要问题不在他身上他
也不会管，因为怕得罪其他组所以也不会为自己组手下说话。这种情况下performance

一下，整体比360轻一下，娃的后背透气性会好一些，不过performance的腰带比较宽，
像我这样个子比较大的妈妈腰带收到最短都还有点富裕，个子小或者腰细的妈妈就不建
议买这款了。另外performance的前面包得比较高，我娃如果不垫坐垫的话手就得收在
肩带下面，有时候他想啃手就不太方便，而且他脸贴着肩带总是爱啃。垫了个infant
insert的棉坐垫又有点太高了，娃的头和肩部得不到好的支撑，打算弄个小毛巾卷一卷
试试看会不会高度合适点。如果天气不是非常热的地方或者长时间在高温的天气户外活
动的话我觉得360足够了。 |

算是 比较高，总经理高级助理，不过其实我跟总经理接触不多，倒是直接变成辅助其
中一个高级经理）。而且她举了一个例子说，我前面一个高级助理倒是跟各个高层接触
很多，而且满世界跑，所以 |

今年review时候，老板又说，你的perfomance非常好，但是你刚刚升了一级，不能给你

续两年average吗？

板。简而言之，在你职业生涯中与你有过交集而且会给你说好话的人！对你不善之人当
然是不能用作reference。现在有些公司都不要求reference了。不必担心。
对于你的现状，赶快找下家，对方已经拿performance and bonus 向你开刀了，这是撕
破脸的搞法了，可以找它的上司谈以托延时间，但不会有实际的用处，因为
performance and bonus 给你前一定是它的上司同意的。它的上司不大会为更低一级的
下属来翻盘打它的脸，这有违一般公司管理的常规--如果这是可能的话，它就不敢拿
performance and bonus 向你开刀。

一般有眼见公司是不会如此做的，因为招新人来对他们说是有一定的成本（包括
training，还有新人learning curve，relocation（if any）。
他们要用Performance Review是想你离开但又怕你告他们
discrimination （pregnancy or female）
他们有了Performance Report证据在手上,如果有court case （就是你去告他们）
他们就会死咬是你本人达不到指标。）所以这是很阴毒但又合法另人走人的方式。
主要的原因我看是你怀孕了。
但。。没什么有比宝宝更重要了，将来宝宝长大了这些工作小事你就会忘得干干净净。
不要让这些小人的动作影响到你心情和宝宝。
你目前要做是的尽量争取时间和金钱。
要办的事情赶快去办。。
同时你要找你经理告诉他你要两个月限期来”证明“你的能力。
。。时机到了就say Goodbye。
不用补救你工作了，都撕破了脸你也不用替小人卖命。
唯一的痛苦是这未来两个月会比较难熬。要看人的脸色和同事的冷漠态度。

半年前换了老板，新老板对我还是不错的，也一直是骨干。新老板也是一直在这个公司
的， 和原来的老板位置对调了。新老板比较Micro-managerment, 管了更多人，原来的
管的少了好多（12-->1）。
这个星期 Performance Review，这个星期 Performance Review，评分是还可以，奇怪
的是，表上的 Title 比原来的降了一级变成了 Sr. engineer。 之前的Title 是
Principal Engineer，是去年原来老板手上升的，公司的Org Chart上也还是
Principal, 而且1月份因为要帮父母办签证，要了一份 Employment Letter,写的也是

我也大概看了一下业界内许多performance engineer的job description，大多数要求
MS or PHD （developer往往只到MS）。请问这个到底是个什么东东？
也许不同行业有不同的说法，我说的是system/infrastructure方向的公司，比如
vmware， EMC， netapp，oracle之类的 |

performance的工作不搞笑吗。最牛的都是对产品熟悉的developer比如说pe级的，领头
去做performance方面的工作。
