受另一个帖子的启发，我也来写一写最近两周多次去脱衣舞场对各族裔女子的感受。
我选了本地两家评价最好的脱衣舞场，一家topless，一家totally nude.
现在刚刚放假，topless有不少女大学生来跳，我一般看到有感觉的就邀请lap dance.
顺便套套她们的情况。她们一般用假名，但告诉你是学生也无妨，一般在另一个城市读
书，开车来这里跳上2-3个星期就转战其他城市。
（一）
topless这家女孩平均明显比totally nude那家漂亮，素质高。对顾客来说，lap dance
的时候nude不nude没啥区别，因为顾客不可以摸pussy.所以topless这家生意很好。

我父亲陪我妈来看黑色素瘤，可能自己也长期劳累过度；上上周二出现无痛全程血尿，
上上周三我们看了社区医院urgent care,np只做了尿检。安排上周三b超和周五见医生
。医生觉得b超和尿检不说明肾上有肿瘤，可是也无意解释全程血尿一般说明是肾上问
题。 urgent care医生约了泌尿科医生，但遥遥无期。也不允许我们做ct 检查。请求
专业人士给予指点。
1）b超中说cyst是囊肿还是肿瘤？“3.6cm cyst is noted in the lower pole. 9mm
nonobstructing calcification is noted in the mid to lower pole.” 3.6cm和钙
化是不是说明时肿瘤？
2）如果有肾肿瘤，b超是否可以发现？还是必须做增强ct？
3）如果是肾癌，这种情况是不是应该立刻回国手术？

了。不皮实不是我儿子！
到那里已经是下午3点，新买的牛B帐篷不给力，两个phd琢磨了半天没架起来，说明书
里这个pole那个pole的就是不给图愣是没看懂（还是咱钓鱼的pole好懂）。一老美热心相助，一个劲地说肯定是少了根pole。最后大家一起大怒，扔了说明书，自己琢磨，一会就搞定了
。然后响应小平同志号召，先解决温饱问题。砍柴生火埋锅造饭用膳之后直奔湖边，一
番披荆斩棘确定了一处还算比较开阔的湖岸，开甩。已近黄昏，时不时有鱼来咬，感觉
都是teenager，吞不下senko。正在伺候小LD的时候，LD突然大喊有了空前巨物，拖不
动了，飞奔而去一看，果然巨物！却在往回拉的时候陷于藕花深处，脱钩而去。尼玛，
伤不起啊！！！！！
夜里气温降到摄氏10度，活活冻醒俺一家，愣是把小子的病冻好了。梦里大嘴小嘴钓了
一堆却找不到鱼绳子。一夜想着那脱钩的湖怪是何方神圣，决定第二天祭出ugly stik+
20磅的PE线+新买的硬Popper，暴力路线！

我觉得stripper dancing有的难度上不及pole dancing，而且比较色情，其他的都差不
多。。。
pole dancing也有很多teasing work， floor work 在里面，很妩媚的。。。哈哈。。
。不过我貌似到不了那个境界。。。

我刚开始学滑雪，上了五节课，每节课都有点进步，呵呵，窃喜，不过注意到自己
很多问题跟大家分享一下，一开始wedge的时候对膝盖伤害太大，第一天最后膝盖
完全都控制不了了，不过这个对初学者好像也没什么办法，毕竟对重心控制没那么自如
，而且对速度害怕。过了三节课之后就好了，基本感觉不到了。
instructor天天强调stance and balance，自己靴子的前部要能感受到自己的重量
只要感受不到了，基本就是你失控了，马上就要摔跤了
不要自己去扭着身子转动滑雪板，只要重心去了downhill ski，去感受很容易就转过去了
多在绿道滑，速度慢心态好比较容易学动作，动作练好了，直接可以滑所有蓝到，
不要在蓝岛练技术，呵呵。绿道多练习一些small radium turn
还有instructor说了几个对初学者我觉得挺有用的联系方法：
1. 两手各抓pole的两头，把自己的pole横过来水平，然后去滑，眼睛看前方
拐弯的时候注意pole还是水平的，你要扭上身，那pole肯定就斜了

lost is an ice axe and a pair of sunglasses.
It was a Mountaineer's scramble trip. Our original destination was West
Granite, but changed to Pratt Mountain because of cornices. Pratt Mountain

Shelter like/floorless tent，代表产品BD的megamid或者其升级版mega light。
优点是：
重量轻（mega light不带中间的那个pole只有2磅重，中间的那个pole可以用ski pole/
trekking pole 代替）
多用途，可以用作帐篷，临时shelter，厨房。。。
缺点是：
不适合在下雨天或者大风天（风速超过30mph）用，不适合在蚊虫多的地方用。
我用过mega light几次都是在雪地camp，没有蚊虫困扰。用过的最恶劣的天气是一次
backcountry ski trip，用mega light当厨房，当时外面风速大概35左右吧，雪很大，
如果没有mega light，做饭吃饭都困难。 我们在mega light外面搭了雪墙，四个角用
deadman anchor，当时的风速没有任何问题。
其他几次都是climbing的时候当帐篷用。 我们比较奢侈，一个mega light两个人用，
里面很宽敞，backpack什么的都放在里面，做饭也在里面，因为是floorless，在里面
可以穿鞋走动。

装备回来，想请教一下各位大虾们的意见。
我的ski简历：12/28学会ski - 7spring,经过对youtube的ski video的学习和拿了2，3
堂ski lesson,我已经告别wedge已经走向parellel ski一段时间了, 前2星期学会
carving,这两天在练习pole planting和mogoul (这两个学起来颇感痛苦，星期三晚上
去联系pole planting，我的pole有点短，速度很快的时候，绊着我的ski了，然后狠狠
的摔了一把，还好有头盔，差点没脑震荡，额头和眼睛有点擦伤，有点破相）
归纳总结我自己的目前的水平，我想我应该是我们的这里的advanced的level(就是一般
滑雪场，没去过大山，但是这里一般的滑雪场任何难度我都没什么问题,能很自如的
carving和quick short turn-without pole,但是如果去大山的话，我还是属于比较
intermediate的。
我的情况：
身高1.69
体重122磅

我觉得一个问题是你上身转的太多.上身应该尽量保持正对fall line,就是拐弯时感觉
有点往回扭.这样转换重心会更容易.这个问题有好的点杖节奏的话可以帮助纠正.你现
在转弯的半径应该是可以不用pole planting的.
如果要学pole planting,像版大说的要滑的更aggressive,转弯半径比现在会小很多,感
觉基本上是plant pole, then turn around the pole. 你可以体会一下. |

发帖数: 61 | 20 对。我今天看btw推荐的教程，learn to ski，也是这么说的，要把重心往前移，应该
就是压住板头的意思。里面的carving真是行云流水，还有那个节奏。里面有好几段示
范，滑雪者都没有带pole，重心的一起一落伴随carving很优美，还有用手撑着膝盖进
行转弯。对于初学者来说，是不是不带pole进行练习，能更好的把握身体的姿态和重心
啊？我现在根本不会使用pole，很多时候手就很僵硬的放在那儿了，可能因为有pole，
就不会很自由吧。
至于mogul，搜了youtube才知道是什么，看起来真是 far far away。。。呵呵 |

shorter poles, you would have to extend your upper body a bit more forward
to plant the poles. and you could plant the poles more agressively with more

lift基本上不用排队，第三天还下雪了，很爽哇。
第一次坐snow mobile。 大半年没滑雪了，不知道还记不记得怎么滑，于是第一趟走了
个绿道，居然可以一只脚抬起来了，左脚右脚的换着很开心的下来了。然后第二趟上去
，老公说，我们走左边那条最简单的兰道。我当时觉得他好像记错了，但是老公信誓旦
旦的，就跟着下去了，结果是一条长长的兰道，走到一半感觉有人要从后面超过去，我
就让到一边，结果一停下来之后往下一看，就害怕了，不敢再走了。脱了ski慢慢往下
蹭，一边蹭一边心里把老公骂了几百遍了。老公自己蹭蹭的下去了，回头一看，我在半
坡上已经脱了ski在艰难地走下来，他赶紧叫了个patrol上来接我。当时看见patrol过
来我简直就跟见了亲人一样差点眼泪都出来了。然后坐着snow mobile好开心的下去了
，一点都没觉得丢人。
第二天继续练习换重心，感觉还是不能随意地把重心完全放在一只脚上，特别是稍微陡
一点的地方，一害怕就两只脚都使劲了。

counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think

I do not agree with your 1/0 infinite point. A filter's transfer function
can have zeros and poles. At the poles, the transfer function goes to
infinite, that's reasonalbe. When you take inverse of the transfer
function, zeros become poles, poles become zeros. You got another
filter's transfer function, no problem.

第一次party boat，对deep sea fishing还是很期待的
1号早上凌晨4点多到了集合地点，接上两位鱼友，fisherman77 和seasea2011 再加上
我朋友
4个人一路摸黑直奔Monterey fisherman wharf
chris's 和 randys都在码头旁边，挺容易找 ,check in也还算顺利
本来打算用自己带的pole，不过观察了一下用来出租的pole
发现两个问题，自己的pole太细，线也似乎不太够长
于是果断花$10租了一根，后来发现这个决定还是很正确的。
钓点的深度大概是180feet 左右，而且如果用自己带的pole
太软，很可能拉不动
鱼情还是不错的，有探鱼器就是好啊
基本上放下去就有鱼咬钩，一条钩上两条的几率也很大
姜是老的辣，fisherman77 上鱼的速度是我的一倍吧
基本都是rock fish
惊喜的是fisherman77一共钓上了4条 lingcod，其中有一次还是一钩两条
可惜只有一条符合尺寸，三条较小的都放生了，便宜了那些海鸟
我只上了一条较小 lingcod，也只能放生了

spects:
2 person, 3 season
2 pole, 1 additional pole in fly （图上看不清楚，我猜是这样的）
tub floor, coated fly (2000mm waterhead) 用过最好的是3000mm，不过将就了
seam sealed 这个很重要，很难想象没有这个的帐篷
continous pole sleeve 这个我最喜欢，可以quick pitching
floor area 3.2平米，这个不错，比以前用的都大，窃以为2-3 person都可以
2.8kg-ish 这个份量也不错，将是我用过的里面最轻的了
lifetime warranty 这个一般牛厂都会给的
不喜欢的地方是，感觉两个X型pole的结构不稳定，能再加一条就更好了
fly的颜色是蓝的，如果是菊黄的就好了，不过这是末节
帐篷里面mesh的面积太大，虽然是为了通风，但比较担心condensation
最夸张的是好像package里面不带钉，如果真没有还得自己买， |
