犯晕没有叫警察写report。稀里糊涂就把ld的保险信息给他了。到现在大半年时间，那
边的律师跟我ld的保险公司前后要了三次policy limits information，说是不给就
file lawsuit。前两次我们都decline了，这次又来。不知道是该release还是不改？我

62磅 的东东， 60多个FEEDBACK的SELLER， 说是 “BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED”
我今天收到一看明显是REFURBISHED,里面的SEAL被BREAK过，里面的物品有贴
REFURBISHED 才有的小白封条， 上面有时间 11 -01 2010 PASS之类的。 最让我郁闷
的是外面箱子一侧被DAMAGED了， SELLER用透明胶布封上而已，不知道对里面的电器有
没有损伤。
已经OPEN CASE 要求FULL REFUND, 但是问题是SELLER RETURN POLICY 不接受RETURN.
"The seller will not accept returns for this item."
我还可以return,和full refund吗？ 谢谢！ |

通过这件事，我的结论就是：
1.退货的buyer不一定就是evil
2.ebay的return policy就是一个笑话，基本上不问seller为什么拒绝refund，根本不
调查就退钱
3.珍惜生命，远离ebay了。
4。以后大家都可以在ebay买免费打印机了，用了1个月就退，没有一毛钱损失,来回运
费都是seller出 |

policy会好一些。
我们这儿是生孩子的那个quarter off，加上另一个quarter一门课release（大部分情
况下也就是off teaching了）。 tenure clock可选择停一年。
Worse case，你有federal 的FMLA十二周无薪假。这个是每个学校必须保证的。我知道
