大块的pork 最常见的就是pork shoulder roast, 现在想开发一下pulled pork,
但美国的基本就是煮了加bbq source, 不能当正餐吃。有没有人尝试过中国化一点的
做大块猪肉的办法？

then take out, cut into 2 .5inch thick slices, put on spices ,put back
into ziplock bag, close, put into warm water, thaw.
then take them out, put on plate, microwave for 2 minutes, then take out,
put into hot pan with oil, sear for about 30seconds to 45 seconds.
it's tender inside because the inside is cooked by microwave. with no
microwave, the outside would be too chewy |

慢炖锅加点黄砂糖，一罐啤酒，高温6个小时
用叉子把肉叉散就可以了
没有慢炖锅的话，同样的原料，放烤盘里加盖锡纸
300F大概3-4个小时，到肉可以很轻松得用叉子叉散就可以了
拌点喜欢的sauce（bbq就可以，我一般是自己做的）
可以用来浇饭，也可以夹在汉堡里面吃 |
