普通美国食品超市里卖的3到5美金一磅的猪肉基本上生长激素，多巴胺类的激素（瘦肉
精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高， 根本无法在中国
作为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的
养殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，
美国猪肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除 中国的较大的规模饲
养场的产品的含毒量接近美国水准，但全国平均来看，中国肉类含毒水平应该低于美国
的100000分之一。
大家都知道 美国肉类根本达不到中国食品级。
中国目前的主要猪肉来源还是农民的生猪存栏，在中国生活的人大概都知道中国农民自
家养猪没人成天喂昂贵的抗生素， 生长激素和抗寄生虫药，除非生病，中国的猪很少

老美拍过一个Pork Chop Hill的电影，其实是应该包括31团美韩营(31团3营)山头和哥
伦比亚营(31团4营)山头两个相邻很近的山头的，结果老美为突出自己表现自己根本就
把哥伦比亚营给忘了，光顾着关注美韩营(3营)那个山头的事情去了。Battle of Pork
Chop Hill也就变成特指31团美韩3营那个山头的battle；而31团哥伦比亚4营那个山头
一会儿提一下、一会儿又忘了提，就像个幽灵一样穿插在资料里了
而中国方面是47军423团在3月23日同时打下了这两个邻近的山头(美韩营的山头丢了2个
小时后又捡了回来)，中国方面当然没必要分得太清楚。4月16日23军201团才把423团没
能占领的山头重新占领，可是军史名称却变成了23军的石岘洞北山战斗，而不是47军的
老秃山战斗了。
所以比较准确的说法，是47军的老秃山战斗，哥伦比亚人吃了不小的亏，美军损失则基
本可忽略不计；
而23军的石岘洞北山战斗，则给予美军比较大的杀伤。 |

美国这里除了几个城市外，
大部分的城市的自来水质量没有中国的好，
因为水厂的过滤成数比中国的少，
大部分过滤工艺要落后好几代，
NJ那里的地下水几十年前就被几个核电厂污染好几遍了
五大湖的重金属污染那是中国的现在也干不上的，那里敢吃
蓝藻自来水我们这里一年都要发生一两个月，很常见的事情，都不上报纸。
很简单，中国的电池分类回收，早10年前就开始了，美国根本没有人管，
这个生活在车轮上的国家过去50年汽车漏的机油重量估计是中国多少年也干不上，
美国人均的洗涤剂的用量也是中国的上百倍，那才是噩梦。
看看美国有钱人吃啥喝啥就知道了，
那么多的缺德舅wholefood高价食物店是那里来的？
美国人的平均寿命比不上香港，日本和中国的很多省市地区，
肿瘤癌症发病率也是中国的好几倍，

我今天上班带了昨晚外卖没吃完的回锅肉，中午就加热吃了，吃的时候同事从她的
cubicle走过来问我吃的是什么，我就说这是中国传统美食twice cooked pork，然后跟
她解释里面的猪肉是pork belly，然后你里面有chilli bean sauce 和 fermented
soybeans。解释完，她突然来了一句no wonder it smells disgusting.

川普表示，他未在3月1日將2000億美元的中國商品關稅從10%增加至25%。
目前不清楚川普的要求對美中貿易談判有何影響。

今天拿出来看，那里是排骨啊。再一看名称，PORK SPARE RIB-A。想去投诉都没用，名
称价码清清楚楚，PORK SPARE RIB-A， $2.59/lb， 总共4.86LB，花了我$12.59,关键
是没法吃啊，全是油啊，我花了一个小时去油留精，4-6开吧，4为可以食用（瘦中夹肥
油），6为肥油加软骨（抛弃），投价就太大了。

本人对美国食品，尤其是肉类中的激素添加有切身体会。26岁来美国，一年之后回
国探亲，奇迹般的发现身高增加了1.5厘米。仔细想来，本人比较爱吃肉，美国的肉类

发帖数: 2447 | 39 最近突然很怀念交大的排骨年糕，于是网上搜到方子，家里附近没中国超市，于是根据
现有原料自由发挥，搞了个很貌似的排骨年糕。
原料：pork steak(超市盒装，已经排松），韩国年糕（买不到上海年糕块，这个还是
搜刮楼上邻居的）
pork steak先用生抽老抽料酒一勺糖花椒粉味好美炸鸡粉腌一晚上，（味好美是我临时
的创意，基本上把家里的粉粉都加进去了）。第二天烧上一锅平时做菜3，4倍的油，放
几片姜，一个八角，一点点花椒（其实不放花椒都可以，我看着有就搁了），大排沾一
点玉米淀粉下锅炸，（因为我只有玉米淀粉，生粉芡粉都行）。炸金黄了盛在盘子里，
油到出来，捞出炸锅里的原料，只剩锅底一点点，加新切的姜，和一个八角（事实证明
其实不用放第二个八角，这样味道有点重），加入炸好的猪排，再加生抽老抽蚝油翻炒
几下，加水没过排骨，水开了之后放三勺糖，一点盐，拍几瓣蒜（山东人的习惯，没办
法），盖好锅盖闷15分钟，等到大排可以用筷子戳破后，打开锅盖放一点点醋(只是为
了提味），加进年糕条继续烧，加了年糕汤汁就很稠，直到年糕变软收汁出锅。
这个不算正规的上海排骨年糕，我也是根据有什么做什么的原则搞的， |

很简单。
英文里的MOOSHU PORK是杂菜丝炒肉丝。然后卷饼。 不是一个东西。
锅包肉是东北菜，类似古老肉的甜酸口，但是是0.8CM厚的大片猪肉。
2遍炸。最后姜丝醋勾芡打治琳在炸了两遍的裹面肉上
才想起来问问

原料：Ground pork,西芹一把，面粉，葱姜蒜
首先做馅，西芹切碎，用少许盐腌5分钟，把水分挤出。
加ground pork,葱花蒜末姜末，盐，鸡蛋一个，味精，老干妈，油，搅拌均匀
面粉+yeast，加水和匀，发一个小时
（PS, 我今天比较失败的是以为self-rising 面粉是加了酵母的，后来才知道是加了
baking powder的，所以效果差一些。）
发好后面切成小块，擀成面皮，包成包子（因为个人习惯我包成了饺子型），蒸15分钟
左右便可以起锅了。
