I bought a TON of 24-pack powerbar boxes for $6 each. They had maybe 50
double-packs sitting on a shelf near the food aisle. Usually you'll see a
SINGLE 12-pack box for about $10-$15 in stores, so obviously this is a
smoking deal.
Caveat: the expiration on all of the boxes was October 21, 2010. I've
actually eaten Powerbars that were 5-years b |

more important things to complian)。最糟糕的是硬度，温度高一点就粘粘糊糊，低
一点就硬得像石头。昨天在hiking的时候终于让我的下颚肌肉抽筋了，现在还疼，估计
要好几天才能恢复，幸亏我的牙还算结实，否则就要去dentist的ER了，NND。其实也没
有特别冷，也就40度左右。幸好冬天去滑雪都没带powerbar。 |

不过最爱还是GU GEL
跟猫的感觉相反,我怎么觉得Hammer Gel 太甜了,而且包装太大不好拿.
POWERBAR GEL 太象水,觉得没吃什么,嗖的一下就进肚子了,不喜欢.
CLIF SHOT经常很便宜,所以我也屯了些.
还有就是POWERBAR GEL不能别裤子上,我上次比赛别裤子上的GU没事,POWERBAR GEL全掉
了,给我心疼的啊. |

发帖数: 2912 | 26 终于开跑了。我的起跑区是橙色区，也就是Verramzano Narrows Bridge上层的逆行方
向的那一侧。elite和更多的参赛者从我们右边的蓝色区出发，因为下桥的匝道长度和
下桥后的绕行路线稍有不同，蓝色区的起跑线在其实在我们这一区的右后方。出发后往
前跑了几十米，右边那一区的elite才超过我们，咱也算是近距离和elite擦肩而过了哈
哈。
第一迈基本上就是在爬这座桥，2:50目标时间equivalent effort的配速表第一迈的时
间是7分零几，而我实际上只跑了6分40几，接下来一迈下桥，借着下坡又是一迈5分40
几。接下来几迈相对平缓，大概都是6分10左右的pace，这已经大大快于我的计划了。
虽然我知道后程的路段比较难跑，前面一定要hold住，但是感觉这个start还并没有太
尽力，应该还是一个合理的pace，而且心率也一直在160多接近170的正常范围内，所以
就按这个pace跑了。10k之后开始遇到各种上下坡，心率也有上升的趋势，小腿稍微感
觉有点紧，所以主动地又放慢了一点，但是还是快于goal pace。

powerbar.Based on taste, Gu is my favorite, powerbar is my least
favorite (it's too liquidy). Caffeine or not depends on your sensitivity to
caffeine. the caffeinated one definitely works for me. |
