印度官員今天(24日)表示，北方省(Uttar Pradesh)城市米魯特(Meerut)，有1隻花豹跑
進社區逛大街，引發民眾驚慌。
米魯特位在印度首都新德里東北方60公里處。
當局在23日發現這隻花豹在當地逛大街之後，已經下令當地學校停課。
官員表示，儘管他們努力搜捕，卻無法確定花豹的下落，官方已經展開大規模的獵
捕行動。
官員表示，這隻花豹23日被發現在當地1所軍醫院的無人病房內，院方隨即打電話
要求野生動物官員前來處理，並設法對花豹發射麻醉槍。
不過，花豹還是成功逃脫，並且潛入1家戲院的大廳，隨後又跑到1棟公寓內，接著
便失去蹤影。
官員已經呼籲當地市場關閉，直到捕獲花豹為止。
根據印度時報今天刊出的照片顯示，1隻花豹正從一處擁擠的住宅區陽台跳出，居
民們則是落荒而逃。
上個星期，在印度中部的昌迪加爾省(Chhattisgarh)曾經傳出1隻花豹咬死5歲男童

This is just wishful thinking by the Indian media and as every other thing
that Indians are good at live in a fancy and make believe world. We are
behind China in every index and parameter by several miles rather more
comparable to Sub-Saharan Africa. Arunachal Pradesh is the only issue that
interests China about India. As for infrastructure in India less talked
about it the better and the filth and the stench all around us is shameful.

地区，藏南地区，锡金和不丹地区等，以各种手段，从中国掠夺走了大片的土地。而且
这些土地，基本上都是在第二次世界大战结束以后，也就是50年代以后搞走的。
克什米尔问题，由于和巴基斯坦的傻逼关系，中国一直不敢明说，公开声讨自己的主权
。但是，就连印度都承认，这一地区属于中国，印度，和巴基斯坦的共同争议区。（上
面的地图是印度人画的也公开承认的）。
藏南地区，本来是一片巨大的领土，二战结束后，印度把这一地区全部占领。但是这一
地区历史上都归属于中国当时的西藏政府管辖。就是按照1938年英国人画的按照麦克马
洪线， 这一地区也大体上有8万平方公里是画在中国一边的。 然而，不知道基于什么
原因，中国政府一直不敢理直气壮的claim， 这样，一直1987年2月20日，印度政府干
脆在藏南地区直接建邦，叫做Arunachal Pradesh，说是印度的一个省了。
