Paris appeal court will reinstate his Belgian Grand Prix victory.
Monday's hearing into the 25-second penalty for cutting a chicane, which
cost Hamilton four world championship points, has come to a close.
"I think it went well," said McLaren chief executive Martin Whitmarsh.
If he wins the appeal, Hamilton's F1 championship lead will be increased to
seven points with four races to go.

against Lewis Hamilton’s recent Belgian Grand Prix penalty on the grounds
that their appeal was inadmissible.
Hamilton had 25 seconds added to his Spa race time for gaining an advantage

- 今年不行的话也许可以留到明年用。5月30日以后再定下半年的计划吧。
06年Staten Island半马跑到过1:29，现在回想起来还真不敢相信当时有这个能力。这
次半马的策略想学一学：1st mile热身，前10mile就当作Long Run，最后来个5K Race
。下面的这个练法重点在Tempo上，强化后半程的冲刺能力。

3000m race. Sarah Hall threw up with half a mile to go and finished last.
Alan Webb's warm up is freakish(ly fast). Though, he didn't do well and
faded in the last couple laps. It was awesome to witness a sub 4 mile for
the first time. Lukas Verzbicas had a strong showing but missed sub 4. Also
saw some ridiculously fast sprinters. All in all, it was a priceless evening. |

果course是USATF certified, 是不是就意味着路线的准确呢? 因为certified的好象
claim说可以作为破记录用。个人的感觉是USATF certified已经考虑了跑内弯和切直线。
如果是这样, 大家都跑certified不就行了？还有那grand prix 500 points不知道什么
