特点是“大”，但像火柴盒子。墙薄，没有结构。总之再便宜我也不会买。
Redmond Ridge原来的地就是Quadrant的，后来几个builders从Q那里买了地盖。所以Ｑ
自己的房子相对便宜。
但因为便宜，后来买的人多，现在也就不便宜了。 |

建的。但是基本这个价位跑不掉是他家的。Sammamish也有Quadrant的房子，好像在你
这个房子附近
就有些。你去看房的时候凭感觉就知道是不是Quadrant的了。能不买尽量不买。
如果我是你，会考虑买旧一点的，但是近一点的。最多不要远过SE 8。NE8 到 SE8应该
能选一选。价
钱的话，按照Zillow上边的最低价砍，或者政府估价砍。具体要看那个区的情况。 |

感觉有些进步, 主要不是在时间上, 而是感觉上。以前repeat 100M时2划一换都觉得憋
。现在大部分是３划一换。中间累了就随意选一边2划一换。以前游下来喘大气不说,
手脚都酸。现在只喘大气, 手脚背腰都没事。有以下体会
(1) 左右互搏。以前一直是右侧换气, 左侧很弱。总企图让左侧模仿右侧换气。但现在
觉得与其强行改正, 不如百花齐放。我左侧换气虽弱, 但左手力量和柔韧都比右手强。
于是我扬长避短发现自己左侧换气时更适合于
(2) 经脉逆行: 也就是采用后交叉(front quadrant的反面)。用这种方式, 我能体会到
anchor后身体rotate向前的感觉。而且换完气后, 左手不是向前reach, 而是整个身体
在水面上向前跃进。左手入水时手几乎是直臂。入水后体位很高。脚几乎在水面上。奇
妙的是这个跃进的过程, 竟是全程最放松最省力的过程。
