消息传来，美国的X-37B空天飞机试飞成功了。空天飞机一时成为新闻中心。
听到消息，从网上浏览了有关的文字与视频材料。首先一个感觉，现在的X-37B，距离
真正的空天飞机，相差甚远，更接近航天飞机。当前的新闻发布，有相当多的炒作成分
，不单纯是学术问题，还夹杂着政治、军事、外交的动机。现在的X-37B，没有实现空
天飞机自主起飞，也没有实现空天飞机的动力着陆，更没有装备吸气式发动机。作为真
正的空天飞机，不能仅仅使用自己携带氧化剂组元的火箭发动机，在大气层甚至较高的
高层大气层中都应该尽量应用环境中的氧气。真正的空天飞机，还应该能够在一个航次
中多次实现大气层弹跳飞行。
消息传来，自然联想到24年前的869计划。大家都知道863计划，国家高科技发展计划。
历史上还有过869计划，就是孕育中的国家航天计划的一个草案。1986年，国家考虑制
订航天探索计划。当时论证中出现的计划草案，最后集中到两个。其一是航天工业部的
大型运载火箭计划，后来的921载人航天计划等等就是这个计划的实施。还有另外一个
航空工业部主张的空天飞机计划，当时代号就是869计划。
