并受迫害为名申请难民。难民法官经过聆讯，发现他对法轮功缺少最基本的了解，而且
也不能提供受迫害证据，所以拒绝其申请。其后，钟某上诉至联邦法院要求司法覆核，
但是再遭驳回。
据联邦法院提供的案情，钟某声称他是在2012年10月由于生意受挫、失眠而开始在朋友

小黄人的SB之处是狗眼看人低，把refugee翻译成难民，增加了原文里没有的负面意思
，然后以为这个英文词本身也有对应的负面意思。其实refugee原文只有“寻求保护者
“的意思，是激发同情心的词，而没有“难”的意思在里面。
中文所有翻译都需要梳理一遍，所有和英文原词感情色彩不同的词都得重新译，这样才
