这个amex的charge 19.95的是comprehensive还是只有liability？有人用过吗？
还有，用这个的话是不是只能直接从rental car 公司租车，不能从priceline等地方租
了？

lease上写的关于guest是，guests not listed must not stay for more than 14
consecutive days，并且一个月不能超过两倍这个天数，除非有rental office的
written consent。
我记得租房时，一室一厅最多2个occupants。请问大家，这样还需要和rental office
说明么？
另外，如果被发现了，是不是住14天，然后出去住一天，然后再回来住14天就可以了？

Visa Card： Collision and theft coverage on auto rentals
Amex： Coverage is primary for theft and damage to a Rental Car.
Visa说的是collision，Amex说的是damage。冰雹显然不是collision，是不是这种情况
visa card 不保呢？ |

我们还不起两个房子的钱，如果这个condo租不出去的话就得卖了，实在很不舍得，毕

还有就是hoa说的这个waiting list，我们每次去问都是第五个，上个月说有一个空位
，然后他们在问第一个，但是填了这个位置之后我们还是第五个，而且他们还说前面有
5个人在我们前面，（难道不应该是4个人在我们前面么？）
所以这些hoa是不是在糊弄我们啊？我们还有什么办法吗？

search results can be shown in map, very helpful for the school district
identification.
Good for family relocation, not for the room-share. ( you can get room
share info on craigslist).
It help me a lot in my rental hunting in specific elementary schools area.

翻看了精华区 一直以为 master card 的 gold or platinum卡租车
信用卡可以作为primary insurance for rental car
当时刚才打电话到master card 问， 其实是如果你没有 auto insurance的话
master card才能作为你的primary insurance
而且 master card 还有一种更高级的卡 world卡 全球租车都cover和gold、platinum
一样的保险
哪位大牛出来说说话 看看这位master card客服说的对不对？

rental.nationalcar其实租车很多时候不便宜，midsize也要15-20一天，但是20一天租个minivan或者SUV,甚至运气好可以开开passat和bettles,35一天可以开开奔驰和凯迪拉克。你就会觉得不错了。一年也难得租几次车，为什么不花一点钱，让自己过过瘾。。。

原因有二，当年来的时候22，有underage fee,很多公司免不掉，nationalcar可以用
