俄州法庭，对一个有 持枪犯罪的被告庭审，法官拒绝对 给被告 concealed restraint
的 请求，结果这个被告 试图抢枪，被迅速制服，
如果 允许 concealed restraint，就是一种 “electronic restraint” ，即使不能
在开始阻止被告开始抢枪，但 一旦抢到，警察也可以给 electric shock，并制服被告
，而不至于 出人命，人名很可能是 被告本人 和其它法警，工作人员 等 的。
所以，对 法官这个拒绝 很不理解，不过就是 一个 concealed restraint，还主要是
预防为主，也许这个 concealed restraint 对身体有巨大的 损害？ 反正不太理解！
觉得这个 法官对罪犯 无理的 “仁慈” ！

担心出门被雨淋的：别担心了，该干么干嘛去，和平常一样. 平时没事的时候平均一个人每年接受的各种核辐射就是3.6毫希伏。而且一个人每年接受10毫希伏以下还不一定对身体有啥害处，反而有好处（HORMESIS, 激活了细胞修复功能）。所以有些人看到加州的辐射读数上升了5%就惊恐不安，真是没知识，穷担心啊。

1。 护士通知你病人血糖高，不要随便就给多少units的lispro. 如果病人肾功能不好
，GFR很低，胰岛素会在体内很长时间，而且晚上病人不吃东西，胰岛素给了多了，早
上4-5点就会低血糖。病人因为低血糖昏迷，甚至脑死亡，在我们医院发生过，这样的
事情一出，intern一定会被开除。
2。Ambien 和Ativan之类的药不要随便给COPD或者Sleep Apnea或者肺部有病的人。这
些药抑制呼吸，等到病人retain CO2,你就要给他们插管了。
3。给病人Haldol之前，看看QTc是不是过长。
4。护士会push你给有些病人上restraint，因为病人aggitated,climb out of bed. 一
定要三思而行,想想为什么病人会aggitated.说不定PO2比较低。我们有个病人上了
restraint,半小时就死了。事情被通报到州里。所有病人死的时候有restraint的，州
里都会来查。所以你们看着快不行了的病人，赶紧D/C restraint.护士那一头一定要顶
住。你出了事，他们是不会管的。

发帖数: 97 | 28 做个xc60和x3纸上谈兵的数据比较，看看哪个车有所谓的性价优势。因为我选的是xc60 T6，所以x3也只能拿35i来比，28i不是Turbo的。首先说明的是我没去真正开过x3。本来也确实是计划内的，但开完xc60 3.2L和T6后，对T6很满意，所以就懒了，不想折腾了。比较时xc60的数据在前，数据都是从网上quote的。弄错了的地方欢迎大家指点，但还是客气点比较好。
首先比较价格，两款车都有各种options。如果是裸T6和35i比，sticker price –2k。xc60多了天窗，尽管这玩意不是每个人都想要。如果按我选的xc60算，大概是-3.5到4k。加上额外的tax，financing（目前volvo是1.9%，不知道BMW能讲到多少），和negotiable room（从truecar.com上，xc60可以-3k sticker price / -1k factory invoice，实际可以更多一点，我目前是-1.5k左右。x3是-2.5k sticker price / +500 factory invoice ，实际情况不清楚。对于我这个options选项而言，... 阅读全帖 |

On a flight from Reykjavik bound for New York last Thursday, an unruly
passenger was zip-tied and duct-taped to his seat as well as across his
mouth. According to a report by CNN.com, flight staff restrained the
passenger who was "hitting, screaming and spitting at other passengers,
while yelling profanities," the airline spokesperson told CNN. The use of
duct tape and plastic zip-ties as restraints was standard protocol for the
airline.

Effective June 1, 2007, children less than eight years old must be
restrained in child restraint systems, unless the child is four feet nine
inches or taller. A child who is eight years old or older, or four feet nine
inches or taller, must be properly restrained either with the motor vehicle
