Felt some movements very close to the bottom of my ribcage. is the little
thing in there surposed to kick so high yet?

这个菜谱简单,以前用saugeye做的,后来用crappie,以及这次用白鲈做出来都不错:
lemon teriyaki fish

鱼:walleye或者saugeye最好,如果没有,crappie, whitebass都行。先去鳞,去脏
匪勒:fillet,去ribcage, pinbone,肉的多少就关键在这一步,可以多看看youtube,或者琢磨一下鱼骨的结构,尽量少浪费。有些视频搞得非常快,结果损失相当多的肉。推荐一个视频系列,可以看见他们fillet的时候大多是用刀顺着骨头并绕过脊椎骨,而并不是象redneck一样哗啦一刀片下来。另一个位置是ribcage部位,也容易浪费,仔细看他们怎么处理
ribcage和pinbone。

BAND SIZE
. Measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust.
. Add 5 to this measurement to obtain your band size. (i.e.: If your
ribcage measurement is 29" + (5) = 34" band size.)
CUP SIZE
. Measure completely around the bust at the fullest point.
. Each inch of difference between this measurement and your BAND size =
cup size. (i.e.: If your band size is 34" and your bust measurement is 35",
you wear an "A" cup.)

I think I am fairly certain now it is baobao reaching to my ribcage. As I
felt it more these past couple days.
today it was kicking in the center part, where it is very close to my heart.
... I am afraid I am gonna literally have a "heart attack". :)

My daughter's doctor showed me a massage technique to use when she has gas.
First, rub from ribcage to diaper one hand after the other for a count of 15
. Then, take baby's legs and bend them to his/her belly and hold for a count
of 15. Next, rub his/her belly in a clockwise motion for 15 seconds. Last,
bend baby's legs to his/her belly for 15 seconds. Repeat this 3 times a day.
This has helped my daughter tremendously!! This may make your baby soil

有没有发现catfish、white bass,还有其它的鱼或多或少都有土腥味?bass, crappie
, 连walleye都有。只不过少一点而已,第一顿还行,第二顿拿出来腥味就更加明显了。
主要原因是鱼的red meat(或者muscle meat),就在皮下面(1-2mm,根据鱼大小不同
),沿着中线位置最多。把这些肉去掉,95%的土腥味就去掉了。虽然这样做起来会浪
费一点,但对整个鱼来说,味道会好很多。还有就是belly meat,如果鱼肥,belly会
有脂肪积累,会有脂肪腥味,而且据说污染会聚集在脂肪里,所以belly meat也最好不
要。
方法就是,钓到鱼的时候如果能放血最好。不方便的话拿回家处理之前先放血。然后
fillet,去rib cage(或者顺着ribcage下刀,不惊动内脏),去pin bone。然后去皮
。去皮的时候留1-2mm肉在皮上。fillet下来后再把上面沿中线剩余的红肉切下。去皮
的时候如果掌握不好不留1-2mm肉在皮上也行,再多一道工序而已。总之,把那一道一
道象轮胎底的红肉去掉,什么方法都行。
这样处理好后就是晶莹剔透白花花的肉,不会有腥味

我印象里也是如此,照片上真看不出来胸骨向外鼓。不过呢,公主说她的胸就象闹分居
的两口子,冲着外面长,照这么说,她的胸骨有可能是向外鼓的,整个ribcage向外鼓
,所以胸才会朝两边长。对吧?

I practiced rumba and chacha today. It is probably the first time I was able
to dance chacha routine in a controlled way to match with music. It felt
really uplifting.
Of course I can always match with music, but if I try to use a bit technique
when dancing, I then feel music is way too fast and I am half a beat late.
Today, I started to use ribcage to lead my movements, and saw things
changing - I felt a bit more control of my movement (instead of a feeling of

Crufts hound group winner dies
THE IRISH Wolfhound from Belgium who won the hound group at Crufts this year
has died.
Gary Janssens’ Ger/Bel/Dutch/Lux Ch Just In Time of First Avenue (James)
was found collapsed in the garden and died the same day.
