先来个前期回顾，补充下背景，我：女，84，狮子，O，工作，从没结过婚。
当年是我发的贴，老公投的条，先讲讲我发帖的波折，比较唐啊，需要快进的同学请直
接跳过本段和下段。我的贴写的很简单，两行字，一张遮的无比严实的滑雪照，厚厚的
衣服不说，goggle、围巾一样都不少。我当时觉得这照片最能反映真我了——露张大嘴
傻乐。生活中的我就是这样，不管是新老朋友，还是公司门卫，或者是门诊接待我的小
护士，都会赞美下我的笑容。没想到，帖子一出，就被骂了个劈头盖脸，说是不真诚，
更有大ID贴了张中东蒙面女的图片，其义自见；发给一熟人，又遭批评，怎么这么懒呀
，才两行字，平时蛮能写呀。我当时是这么想的，如果真想settle down的，看帖时应
该是在找灭灯点，比如，姑娘要求的年纪不符啊，地域不符啊，理想中的婚姻差距大啊

文章比较长，我给个尽量简短易懂的摘要。我只陈述客观现象，不作道德评判。
如果有1000个男的，1000的女的，放到一个孤岛上。理论上，他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣，但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中，有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均
每人有四个女的，于是就变得花心，在多个女的中间周旋，保持好几个炮友。而其他
800个男的就很难操上逼，心理容易出问题，有的会攻击那些Top 20%的男的，成为杀人
犯；有的会攻击那些80%的女的，成为强奸犯。

你看这个法官一边训斥双方律师，一边求着他们settle。很有可能是她收了三星的黑钱
。如果他们settle了，这个钱就安稳落袋了。万一三星输了，拿人钱财就得给人办事。
Trial的时候偏心，这比较隐蔽。Jury verdict已出，这时候三星逼着她出手，她压力
就大了。
首先她很容易少判甚至不判damage，一下子几个billion就出来了。甚至可以找茬子直
接throw out jury verdict，这也是经常发生的。也可以order new trial，又可以拖

现在的麻烦情况是：
1. 该欧洲公司指责我们的游戏侵权，在和苹果以及我们工作室协调的过程中，他们的

三番谈工资主要是因为那个房价。你现在是学生没体会。100万的房子，要贷款很难的
。一般的借贷是50万以下。50万以上的叫jumbo loan。那个贷款困难，首付要求高，利
率也高。如果你有那种考CFA的计算器，自己算一下就知道吓人了。
所以他们要拼工资。为的就是很快两个人能积累起首付。然后买房，然后还清。类似说
最好直接找个东岸过来求settle down的熟女做房友。所以说加州其实不缺女人，尤其
是可以飞出去打炮。问题是缺了高收入，稳定工资的来加州找个老公settle的东岸黑木
耳。都是普通人为了生活在努力。
其实就是少了一笔创业来的cash。一般东岸的房子也要50万的。你去看住NJ的，普遍都
