自制非油炸薯片
1.土豆切成薄片，泡在水里去掉淀粉;
2.控干水分，两面涂油撒盐，放在盘子上不加盖，微波炉900W高火5分钟;
3.取出后，如果背面还有水分，就再翻面高火1-2分钟即可。
培根土豆饼
1.土豆洗净，表面切十字，不要太深，放锅中大火煮熟捞出，剥皮压泥;
2.培根和洋葱切末。锅中倒油，大火至4成热，放培根煸炒出油，再放洋葱，待洋葱成
透明盛出;
3.培根和洋葱倒入土豆泥，加盐和黑胡椒拌匀;
4.手中倒油，把食材揉成饼;
5.锅中热油，7成热时，下小饼炸至金黄即可。
DIY薯条
1、土豆切筷子粗细的条;
2、水中放盐，土豆放进去煮两三分钟;
3、捞出过冷水泡一会;

要嘛就是用现成的奶茶粉直接冲，那种营业用的奶茶粉，唉，不说了，少喝为妙
根据我本科时的打工经验，还是最地道的做法才好喝
珍珠奶茶问世迄今大约30年的历史，到底是起源于台中还是台南，为此还曾有诉讼
将珍珠粉圆加入奶茶当中，纯属偶然
而这个奶茶，原本应该是泡沫奶茶，它的前身是泡沫红茶，区别只是加了奶精或鲜奶
泡沫红茶也是发源自台湾，典型的中西混合物
当初偶然有人将台湾街坊常见的冰红茶，放进西餐厅、酒吧才有的Shake杯里面
经过摇晃数十下之后，居然会产生大量的泡沫
倒入杯中，顶层都是泡沫，就像拿铁咖啡上面那层一样
标准的泡沫红茶的做法是：（绿茶、茉莉等类推）
先取适当的糖（通常用液态果糖）放入shake杯
然后舀入冰块至齐shake杯底杯的杯口
然后直接加入滚烫的红茶至齐shake杯底杯的杯口（此时杯内冰块会急速融化）
盖上shake顶盖，用力上下摇晃shake杯（有一阵子因为某个广告，遂流行摇33下）
