1.没有公开上市的公司，不用向SEC递交材料。所以你在sec是查不到的。
2.好的公司，即便没有上市，但是私有股票交易市场是可以有的。比如facebook，
twitter，linkedin 都没有上市，但是在private market都有交易。你可以在
sharespost.com查到facebook等股票的交易价格。如果你朋友提到的那个公司，在
sharespost上面都查不到，那可能就有问题了。毕竟一个好的美国公司，美国佬比你更
了解。如果真有价值，美国人不会不发掘出来的。
3.提到的三网合一，是指电网/广电网/等合一。中国目前在做这个事情。但是在美国市
场上能否受追捧，就不得而知了。
4.SEC最近对中国公司在美国借壳上市查得比较严。最新的案例是RINO退市了，就是绿
诺科技。你可以查查相关的新闻。我不知道你朋友他们了不了解这方面的情况，最好先
找律师行打听清楚再说。 |

最近也面试了他家，说是startup, 但是其实size也不小了，将近300人。
对方要了reference，感觉有希望？ 但是毕竟面试只是短短一天，精力都集中在面试上
，还希望多看看大家怎么说这个公司的。sharespost上也没有任何信息，所以不太了解
现在进去option最后能值多少。
请问有没有人知道他家compensation, 工作环境？回复或者站内都可以，先谢过！ |

正规的应该至少告诉你基于上次募资，你的share值多少钱
稍微有名一点的startup可以去sharespost之类询询价（假装你有，要卖）
但太小就没办法了 |

Paulson还可以跟Goldman订制做空房地产的东东。
但我说现在说的是普通人。
我知道有像sharespost这样的private exchange。但是那些private的东西，liquidity
非常差。投资泡沫最重要的一条是liquidity要好，这样到看着差不多了赶紧要抽身走
人的时候不至于拔出来晚了。
我就像问问有没有下面这中vehicle
1) Strongly correlated with the start-up or pre-IPO tech/internet companies
2) Public traded
3) Relatively liquid
目前想到的tech的ETF满足后两条，但是第一条correlation不够强。 |

The biggest problem is that very few people use it often; so there is no
rosy picture to imagin how it can make tons of money in the future. Plus,
engineering quality wise, it is the weakest among mainstream social networks.
