Due to the disruption of internet service on much of the East Coast and at

to extend the closing of the auction of 50,000 Facebook shares currently

of the Class B Common Stock of Facebook, Inc. on August 31st. A clearing
price of $33.00 was established at the auction. Members submitting
Qualifying Bids at or above the clearing price will be contacted shortly
