买票时候没看出什么异常，今天打电话过去confirm seat时候接电话的女人
一口咬定机票不包括过夜的旅馆，并且说是因为high traffic，有时候free,
这时候就得付100.机票上明明没提hotel的事，跟别的航空公司cover hotel的
机票看着都一样。伊英语很烂，跟她argue超费劲，计划明天再打。还有谁碰见过
这种情况吗？谢谢。

国内买票的时候遇到过这种情况，最后是在韩国落地交钱了事，是100没错
在美国机票代理买票都是安排好旅店，并帮忙提前确认的，这个是免费
不建议跟韩国的棒子讲英语，哪怕你给他出yes or no的问题，他冲你点头说yes，也可
能是no

问Park Hyatt Tokyo，顺便把所有日本Hyatt全部问了遍。然后回头来看看国内的Hyatt
，发现宁波、长白山都出现了Park Hyatt，有点惊讶。
再仔细一找，网络上搜的list长的吓坏了。发信问Hyatt Gold Passport客服说的确有
很多，但不知道具体什么时候开业，还加了句"I was also surprised the number of
new locations. "。
然后发信去这些其中国内pre-openning酒店，一个个都回的很快（Regency/ Grand
Club如何如何好吹了通，豪车接送价目表 汗。。。），有些的确半年内就要开业。
再然后发信去问Operations- China at Hyatt International/ Director of
Corporate Communications, China，基本也证实了上述消息。

Superstars are touring China once or twice a year. You don't have to go for
WSS in Japan. The routines are the same. They will show case in Beijing and
Shenzhen. Poor American dance fans don't have this luxury. ( I don't know

finished in 3 years. He, Liu and other 3 Duke phd came to China together to
establish the institude. CL Ji is a postdoc at Harvard now, but he also has
his postdoc in Shenzhen. Someone told me that he commutes between Harvard
and Shenzhen every month. |

1) zhu is good at throwing out some big slogan, but no practical measures to
realize even near the slogan

失去iPad商标所有权的风险正在上升，一位中国政府官员周二在一场网络在线访谈中明
确表示，政府认为深圳唯冠科技公司(Shenzhen Proview Technology)拥有iPad商标所
有权。目前广东省高级法院正在对此案进行审理。
中国国家工商总局副局长付双建周二表示，政府认为深圳唯冠科技公司才是iPad商标的
合法所有者。这番表态增加了苹果公司在这场法律诉讼中面临失败的风险。目前，广东
省高级法院正在试图调解两家公司围绕iPad商标所有权产生的纠纷。
付双建在周二举行的网络直播新闻发布会上表示：“苹果公司和深圳唯冠科技就iPad商
标所有权的纠纷正在走司法程序。”他说：“根据我国法律，深圳唯冠科技目前仍然是
iPad商标的所有者。”
唯冠科技代理律师马东晓表示，唯冠科技一直都在试图与苹果公司达成和解，目前双方
争执的焦点是赔偿金额究竟应该是多少。他接受美联社电话采访时说：“双方很可能达
成庭外和解，广东省高级法院正在积极调停。”
