美国科学院院士，是能同时应用实验和理论模型方法来研究神经元、神经网络回路的
集大成者。目前耶鲁大学神经生物学教授。
他是早期致力于用计算模型来模拟神经元活动的科学家之一，曾和will rall合作奠定
了神经电缆理论。他早期对olfactory bulb的实验和理论研究是神经科学领域最早的研
究大脑系统回路的典范。也是最早对嗅觉信号的空间编码模式给出实验和理论研究的先
驱。
他是1993年构划‘人类脑计划’的主要人员，并几乎在同时推动了神经信息学的建立。
名扬天下的Neuron模型软件（http://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/）是Gordon，Michael Hines等最初提出并完善建成，目前几乎所有前沿领域的计算神经模型科学家们都或多或少在应用这个软件建立复杂3维结构的神经元模型。Gordon还是IBM BLUE BRAIN PROJECT的
评审委员会主席，而MICHAEL HINES是BLUE BRAIN PROJECT模型的首席顾问之一。

这两个品系虽然都叫Australian什么的，其实是误导
Australian Cattle Dog 是正宗从Australian 来的。
Australian shepherd 是起源于美国。
不过只要是shepherd 都是很好动的，做好运动的准备吧。哈哈 |

发帖数: 144 | 4 一直想养dutch shepherd. 喜欢的原因是这狗又聪明又帅而且基本没有什么遗传疾病。
看了很多论坛关于dutch shepherd的讨论，看到有些狗主说人不在家狗就拆房子，加大
运动量，上课也没有用。也看到有人说这狗可以做family dog. 每天遛一个小时，周末
带爬山之类就可以了。
不知道有没有养过dutch shepherd的朋友分享下经历。先谢过了！ |

发帖数: 5958 | 5 那就是已经中了。不过会被要求改这改那，工作量可能还不小。前两天中了个FAST，
shepherd是competitor，水平很高又是内行，极其责备求全，paper里所有我们不愿意
highlight的问题都被他看了出来，硬是把我们最差的那个数据集上的performance用另
一种方式measure，然后看起来更差了好几倍。真是被搞得一点脾气都没有。其实我们
的paper就那个低水平了，再怎么shepherd也不会变成惊世之作。也不知道那个
shepherd是真的就那么严谨还是故意折腾我们。 |

shepherd 一般就是reviewer中的一个，而且是比较support你的那个。不过整个
shepheard还是比较麻烦，去年一篇来来回回搞了有1，2个月，大部分时间都耗在上面

也很健康，性情很温和。朋友最近全家要出去旅行一周，狗狗没人照料，准备放去动物
托儿所。
但是我在这里很心痒地问一句，我可以自告奋勇说帮忙照看一个礼拜么?本人只养过猫
，没养过狗，目前住apartment，但是很喜欢她家那只大狗，而且最近手头项目不多，

年龄都是18个月到2岁之间那种，有boys&girls，貌似目前是退役了，adoption fee是
325块
初步接触了一下，狗狗虽然个头很大，但都训练有素，对人非常friendly，你摸它脑袋
它都会像猫猫一样和你握爪，舔你，让人心生喜爱！
请问版上各位专家：
1 无养大型犬经验的人士可以考虑领养这种狗狗回家么？handle得了麽？
2 考虑到狗狗都是成年犬了，退役以后家养的话，和新主人能建立深厚感情吗？会不会
存在沟通障碍啊？ |

先和你孩子说好了，她管什么，比如打工给狗狗买零食之类的，让她担当点责任，她也
高兴，你也顺便教她很多东西
遛狗的事你就甭指望了，刮风下雨下雪降温大太阳的，你肯定是舍不得你孩子去溜，还
是得你亲自上马
这种狗，一定要天天溜2次，耗时在1小时以上，2岁前基本不会settle down，可能需要
溜的时间更长
1岁前，基本还是需要几个小时放出去一次的，你们白天在家吗？
准备好雨鞋雨衣，挡风衣，防滑防水厚棉鞋，厚手套吧
1岁前会啃东西，基本上90%的puppy都会，不排除有些好狗不啃，比如老宋家的泰山。
但是那狗真是太稀有了的，别指望了。所以基本上家里要么总有人盯着，要么四壁空空
，豁出去皮沙发，木板凳，N双贵的贱的格式鞋子
