issue and operational procedures are refined is one thing. But lower
construction standard that will eliminate possibility of operating at higher
speed in the future is very short sighted.
Of course, there should be an evaluation done on whether those line would

人家培养生物杂交品种是要淘汰毁灭一大批不成功的杂种，留下个别碰巧集合了优秀基
因的下来，然后再和同样优胜劣汰的个体混合，再淘汰再培育很多代才能得到稳定的成
功品种。
人类生孩子能生10个8个然后掐死绝大部分不成功的失败杂种，留下一个成功的优秀杂
