先说Alex Smith. Smith同学在中学是把妹好手，整一个高帅富形象。他体育好不用说
了。他学习很好，接近全A，修了很多AP课，提前一年毕业去读大学。而且他爹还是哪
个中学的校长。不管妹子是体育控，学习控，或者只是想拍校长的马匹，Smith总有一
款适合于你。我很猥琐地问Smith同学学习好是不是因为他爹是校长。同事说不是，
Smith的AP和SAT都不错，证明了他不是靠他爹的淫威彩得高分的。
Bush同学学习一般，不过以体育生的标准来说还不错。布什同学在把妹上远没有铁匠同
学那么高调。同事没有听说他的什么绯闻。本着把妹不积极，一定有问题的原则，学校
里流言四起。坊间的流言是布什同学和学校的发考题有一腿。
我的结论是：如果以后各位同修有儿子上中学，成了体育明星，作父母的要提醒孩子要

有很多人鄙视smith machine。有人说smith上面能退180到了free weight就剩下150了
。我有几点想法：
1. 负面影响——smith对负责平衡的小肌肉群很肯能锻炼效果不好。
2. 史密斯因为杆轻，所以换算到free weight的时候你肯定不能推起同样重量的盘片，
但是实际总重量未必减少很多。至少对我来说是这样的，没觉得两者能有很大差别。
3. 有人提到摩擦力，但是摩擦力永远是逆向与运动方向的，所以你向上推的时候摩擦
力必然向下，180磅的杠铃在smith上面你可能需要190磅的力气才能推起来。
4. 导轨控制了移动方向，但是如果你使劲方向不是与地面垂直的话，只有垂直于地面
的分力是有效的。
综上所述，举起同样重量的杠铃，在smith上面必然比free weight需要更大的力气。当

发帖数: 1115 | 31 之前一直在社区gym里健身，没有barbell，只有一个smith，所以两年之内squat都是在
smith上做的，脚尽量放的比较前，基本能蹲的很低。
最近办了lifetime的会员，barbell free weight的squat居然不会了，首先上半身没办
法保持垂直，胸挺不起来。其次根本蹲不下去，膝盖都到不了90度，而且膝盖明显超过
脚尖。如果真的要往下蹲，就站不住往后退，连空杆都很难维持平衡。
难道我就只能回smith了吗？有什么办法可以有效的完成smith到free weights 的
transition？ |

对手WR比较deep，RB只有D.Brown一个顶用的。所以急需RB
对方开价C. Johnson换Forte&S.Smith，被我拒了，然后换成Alfred Morris & S Smith
如果我接受，等于是WR从S.Smith升级到C.Johnson,RB从A.Morris降级到Benson

过的一些法案，也谈到了immigration的问题。感觉他很支持高科技移民，反对非法移
民。Smith说美国的移民制度在全世界都是很generous的，但是所有的人都要wait for
your turn，反对非法移民cut the line。包括obama给非法移民发的工作许可都是在鼓
励非法移民。
他说现在主要是墨西哥边境的非法移民问题很严重，所以合法移民的问题一直被忽略得

Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey announced today that the team
has signed guard Ishmael Smith to a multi-year deal.
Smith (6-0, 175, Wake Forest) led the Rockets in assists per game during the
2010 NBA Summer League, finishing with averages of 7.8 points (.581 18-31
FG) and 4.8 assists in five games (five starts) with Houston.

用smith machine做深蹲的最大重量会比用free weight的重多少？ |

我刚开始练不久，现在练习squat就是smith machine两边各一个45lb的盘子，那个杆不
知道多重。一般做8次×6组，就满脸是汗了。deadlift也是这么练。
今天试了一下用free weight，也是两边各一个45lb，但是明显费劲多了。还是能做几
下的，没人帮看着，不敢加重。
是smith machine的杆子轻一些，还是机器会帮着往上拉？ |
