等法律法规的出台本来是为了更好的保护妇女儿童和老人，在他们受到来自家庭内部持

一条自己制定出来保护弱者的法律，在实践中却成了伤害弱小的恶人的保护伞，他们竟
然毫不在意。没有一个法律专家出来反思这个现象，当事法官适用法律是不是准确，是
不是应该适用故意伤害致人死亡更合适？没有一个预防犯罪专家出来建议，面对这种极

1. 《王平回忆录》可以从新浪爱问下载，全书600多页，只有第12章和抗美援朝有关，
但是里面没有一个字和主贴有关系。
2. 《解放军报》发表过王平的一篇文章， 《王平：保卫和参加朝鲜和平建设》，里面
和主贴内容相关的部分不多，主贴大部分内容来自于没有出处的copy&paste，然后安在

this is a settled matter among historians, please oblige me with some
reference. Id their isn't, then don't pretend like it's history 101, and I'm
so very ignorant for not knowing it.
I have pointed out earlier that elite soldiers don't necessarily win over
swarms.
As you said, there's no 特种兵 back then, and I totally agree. My point is
that Rome soldier may be to some degree better equipped and better trained.

bow.Especially in a total war.
