neutral就是关节正常伸展角度. hyperextention就是超出了正常形态下的伸展度. 你
正常站直, lumbar spine就是neutral, 你变态反弓腰比如拱桥, 就是hyperextention.
理想状态下lumbar spine有个小的前屈, 如果你天生这个前屈太小, 重训的时候就需要
hyperextention来获得比较理想的脊椎曲度. 反之亦然.

昨天听大家说spining课是不错的有氧,找到一家gym一周有两天早上7点半的课,其余
的gym都是5点6点要不就是8点以后。正好跟我以前常去的gym一家,这个location离我
公司2个高速出口,那一段traffic好像也还可以。今天中午就跑去买了会员卡,啥都搞
完了,听那个sales一说才反应过来我应该打电话去renew我以前的卡,或许还能便宜点
当时我工作的公司有很好的discount。 whatever多花就多花点吧,我高兴就好。
办完手续,就去车里拿gym bag进去练了一个小时的划船机,1万米,感觉还可以就是没
怎么出汗也没high起来,腿和胳膊有点累。结果做完一走才发现腿有点僵,去拉伸了一
会儿好多了,后来去洗澡还去steaming room蒸了十几分钟,顺便拉伸了一下腿和胳膊
,感觉真不错。
回来的路上去买了spin课穿的裤子,呵呵,周二早上去上课。今天晚上要先google学习
一下。今天吃的也不错,没吃垃圾食品。
打算从下周起一周练5天有氧,两天spining课,两天precor AMT(椭圆机和跑步机的结

You are right that a casual tests like CBC blood tests or common ECG may or
may not really reveal potential heart problems.
I just happen to read the following post and would like to share.
It is a long read but the gist is that this guy paid $1400 to have a really
thorough tests because he too find casual blood test is just not enough.
Lucky for him his heart is find although they find tiny scar tissue at his
lung and some minor issues with this spine. The same tests done for his

also.. the right shoulder part.. I would agree the shoulder is supposed to
turn around the spine. don't try to drop the right shoulder to think a solid
contact. it's not a right thought (it's one of issue my instructor pointed
out for me).
the drop of right shoulder in the downswing will cause the speed loss of
golf head, also easily hit fat..

hand grip, seem tiger's right hand index finger is long, and form a square
to hold the club well.
one thing i like choi is that his spine is kinda round, not flat, since my
buddy always correct me when i round my spine.

at the start of my down swing, I have a bad movement in my hips. I had a
tendency to lean forward (toward right of the target line) and my spine base
shifted forward as well, resulting in a changed hand position at impact.
Today, I focused on keeping my COG a bit on the back part of my feet and
turn hips around the spine. Problem solved.

You have very good set-up at address and impact position.
But, I would recommend you to video tape a real swing (with ball) instead of
practice swing (without ball). They may look quite different from my
experience.
working on your backswing. It seems that you have a reverse pivot. You seems
lost your spine angle in the 2nd pic, left shoulder too high (without DTL
view, it's hard to tell though).

thank you ixcafe. my current swing is so complex, no wonder no good
consistency. have to restore spine angle during downswing, i have to
transition to downswing from awkward backswing form. no wonder i need
relative long preshot routine at present.
i am glad i took swing video. otherwise, i would feel much better about my
swing. will try to fix the shoulder and spine angle problem next time.

ballet training,很 focus on 上胸骨的开度。
正常 thoracic Spine mobility range 不超过 45 度,脊柱可以弯曲的程度很受到限
制。
但是因为lower back 腰椎那区的 natural curve,为了避免它们受压,
只能靠最大程度拉伸和打开 thoracic Spine,才能留给腰椎空间。
随之的,肋骨那部分,就好象扇子被放开了一样,很容易凸显了。

Sometime, enven I know it is short top spin, it is still difficult to
control the ball ( ball may be out of the table) since 砍式发球 can be very
spining or a little spining. Do we need to attack the serve (for eample use
RPB or strong pushing) or defense (RPB block or frontside block) ?

That's something. I suspect that my lower spine disc has a little
problem as well. There is one spot that occasionally hurt when I pressed
into it. Although, it never affected my running or weight training.
By the way, I wonder if there is a connection between ITBS and soccer.
You, dionysis, tonyprince, all had ITB injury recently and are all
soccer players. Didn't Asura play soccer too?

tried +45 lbs yesterday, okay with 4 reps on right foot.
leg and knee strength is okay.
158+90 = 248... SQ 1RM number in theory is 250+
but DL is only 225.
tried taking down 275 from BP rack to floor, grip strength is okay
so the weakest link is still "Erector Spinae". not sure what muscle to
prevent spine left-right tilt ???... to stablize spine in left right
direction....

Spine-leaf is not exactly mesh, depending on your specific requirement (
scalability, over-subscription ratio etc), you can have multiple layers of

A 21 years old male with severe mental retardation, was sent to ER for
mental status change and ataxia.
He was found to be dehydrated and had a UTI. After the dehydration and
sepsis being corrected, he still could not walk. Because he was not able to
