ground-up..
focus on ball-contact from your mind-set, not the result..

v****e 发帖数: 19471 | 7 at the start of my down swing, I have a bad movement in my hips. I had a
tendency to lean forward (toward right of the target line) and my spine base
shifted forward as well, resulting in a changed hand position at impact.
Today, I focused on keeping my COG a bit on the back part of my feet and
turn hips around the spine. Problem solved.

静下心就好了。当时太想用力了,结果动作变形,击球时控制不了接触点。
最近一期的Golf Digest上演示的击球很说明问题。 |

on that too, and hoping it leads to more effortless swings yet longer carry
