害价格太低了就要并股，10股并一股，并完了可以接着跌。一般是股票太cheap才会这
样。如果股价太高就会拆股，像apple好像去年拆的。拆股表示对股价有信心，还会涨
吧。现在等google啥时候拆股。 |

两个方面：牛股split，股价降低，参与的人增多，可以推进股价。举个例子，nflx分
股前option非常贵，一个at the money的call就要1，2千块。小散有贼心无贼胆。分股
过，call的价格降到几百块，买的人显然增多。MM在卖出这些call的同时，都会买入对
应数量的股票，股票的价格就被进一步推高。
熊股反向split，则是另一回事。因为很多机构都有规定，股价低于一定金额就不能买
进，即使中长期看股价有走高的趋势。并股后，股价超过机构的购买下限，就能吸引机
构进入，这对稳定股价显然是有益的。当然前提是大环境支持机构看多。否则光靠小散
和MM，股价很难大跃进。 |
