欢看它的rodeo.那个什么wagon的就比较一般，不过它的票和晚上的show的票是在一起
的。我当时因为rodeo的买的位置比较好，也贵，就没有花太多钱买好位子的wagon的票
。所以最后晚上看show的时候索性直接走到舞台下站着看的。整个Stampede一整天其实
就可以了。Banff要是不是特别intensive hiking的话，2天差不多，Jasper 2天，要是
能去O'Hara最好，这样一天，加起来5天可以。O'Hara能去还是尽量去，如果提前打电
话定不到的话，只有碰运气早上去看班车能不能把你带进去。 |

，6-9月是黄金月，夏暖花开，在家窝了半年的Calgary人民出洞了全城吃吃喝喝玩玩，
到处敲锣打鼓，有个公园就叫Stampede Park，牛仔节期间有各种演出，有点像county
fair。游行也是很隆重的一项节目，3个多小时，参加团体要提前约定，今年华人的花
车方队有两个，一个是卡城华人团体的，一个是那个无孔不入的那个啥的
免费的早餐也是Stampede很重要的一部分，有个长长的list，列出各个提供免费早餐的
团体组织，早餐大多是pancake、小香肠、鸡蛋和果汁、coffee，虽然不是什么特好吃
的，但很有气氛，有家庭乐队的演出，牛仔们跳舞，每个场地都锣鼓喧天，气球飘飘，
大家基本是为了感受那种气氛，我们去过的四家，都是人山人海的，4、5行对，排队都
排得老长老长。
吃Stampede免费早餐，剥掉皮，能吃两块pancake，不给就吼，同时学会了用吸管喝水
现在吃饼干都是这样吃的，不一口一口咬，一直往里塞，塞一会儿，送手歇会儿，再塞
荡秋千，天呀，真是蓝呀

起的。这个Calgary Stampede期间轻轨是加班运行的，但是公车不是。我老人家当时看
完出来等了一个小时bus都没有等到，最后和一群同样不幸的老美们凌晨走了将近一个
小时才走回旅馆区。 |

We'd seen that in Bears Stearn: BSC trouble was in the air for months and

又一年的Labor Day，我们去了美国朋友们推荐的密苏里州南部的小城Branson。因为开
车从家到那里不过4个小时，我们没有订机票，只是提前几天在priceline上拍了住处，
$42一晚的Days Inn， 提供免费早餐和停车对我们这样的年轻人来说已经足够了。因为
吸取了今年独立日在St. Louise的Gateway Arch窗口 没有买到票的教训，出发的前一
天（9月4日）我在网上买了那个Duck tour下午两点的票，也不知道当时怎么就看见了
那个所谓特价的package，买这个游览车的票和Dixie Stampeded的票一起可以便宜$5，
我查了下Dixie Stampeded的票价后，就很开心的买了这两个票，之后又打电话订场次
和座位，才被告知，这样的所谓特价票其实是坐在4~6排的本来就便宜$5的票，好在那
个接电话的先生说为我们选择了很好的第四排中间位置，让我好一番激动——其实进场
每排都是按观众到场的先后顺序坐，与票号无关，不过这些都是后话了——当时我还真
的好感动。

天津等抢走不少。本来香港就是中国的窗户，现在中国对世界的大门敞开，外贸走大门
就是了，为什么还要翻窗户呢？香港迪斯尼本来是另一个集装箱码头的地盘，因为集装
箱码头停建了，腾出地方正好改建迪斯尼。等到上海迪斯尼开门了，就看香港迪斯尼哭
鼻子吧。香港现在强项还就剩金融了，金融最要紧的就是信用，香港人自己把自己的信
