这两天国内的朋友给推荐了个《超级育儿师》，因跟我的专业有些关系，所以赶
紧搜来看看国内的趋势，没想到是supper nanny的中国版。此节目的流程和美版的几乎
一样，第一天是observing day,第二天是家长会，然后再是制定解决方法方案，再然后
是nanny 离开几天，最后截空档这几天录像视频，评点父母的做法。有时候甚至是手把
手的教父母如何处理。印象最深的是那个同同暴脾气的案例，兰海有些地方是一句一句
的教妈妈如何跟孩子有效沟通。作为在学教育的学生，我认为兰海毕竟是学孩子心理的
，所以能够稳抓住孩子的心理，可是她的time out，作为我个人感受来说对孩子又太生
硬了些，记着教科书上也是有教育家推荐 time away。她的有些处理方法和方式是引用

发帖数: 5272 | 2 北弗吉尼亚这里,鱼种不算丰富,平时可钓的也就是大嘴鲈鱼和可爱皮。常用的最有效的
饵，无非是crankbait，spinnerbait,senko，plastic worms，tubes, crappie/trout
magnet,grub... Zeal草帽哥介绍过了连环Fluke，我也常用Zoom supper fluke，凑热
闹掺和讨论一下。
我常用的supper fluke以绿色为主，尤以houdini fluke为多。此饵是钓大嘴和小嘴的
最为高效的饵，之一。
挂法，可以用weighted offset hook或者普通offset hook。钩子经饵的头部穿入后从
腹部向上透过背部，钩尖浅藏于饵背。这种挂法使得此饵具有很强的安全性，无论是乱
石倒木或者密草，鱼饵穿行其间流畅无阻，是我挂底最少的饵。它的腹部夹皮沟设计简
直是一绝，既保护铅头不被卡到石缝里，又增强饵的浮游动感。
当然，露钩尖的挂法效果一点也不差。
玩法，甩出去之后，等饵下沉，具体深度根据水情鱼情而定。可匀速收线，也可或快或
慢或停或跳。不时左右带一下竿头，制造fluke在水里没头没脑左突右撞的表演。这种

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥
林多前书十四章34-35节的教导有异。我没时间具体查原文希腊文怎么写的。

reasonable.
what is the loan amount? Please share rate and loan program.
Mine is a supper jumbo loan (>729k), with 5.5% @ 25% down, 30 year fixed.
There are other loan combination from another broker with somewhat more
favorable rate though 1st and 2nd loan but I am not very satisfied with the
broker.
Need to get a better broker firm or I will go the the supper jumbo loan. |

carseat。我带了carseat也没地方装，3岁以下免费。服务还算可以接受吧。
不过每次都担心，没有carseat一方面不安全，还担心警察。可是又没有别的更好的办
法。

就是那种我有史以来见过最TIGHT最BORING的，相对来说，我更喜欢那个哥哥的玩法，
而且人也比较活泼，anyway,他们一吵起来倒把整个桌上气氛给带动起来了，都把我们
给逗乐了。这个时候大家开始都互相聊起天来了，虽然还是没什么ACTION，但至少没那
么BORING。后来我也不想换TABLE了，因为大家都聊得很开心。所以感觉玩POKER不一定

上次我刚出我家楼门。一群警察又是救火车。周围全拦上了。一个警察举着枪让我回去
。。我肯定二话不说回了楼。 我和supper说我得上班，没空和他们玩，supper引我从
后门出去了。。我狂奔上班了。
第二天回来问。。。什么事。。。说是楼角发现suspicious bag。。。。
我心想。人家可能哪个homeless不要的一堆烂衣服。。警察去TMD 的没有脑子。炸药不要钱啊。不炸地铁站，不炸广场。。炸个破居民楼？？？？ |
