Surprise：我们通常很少做这件事，我们通常直接对下达命令者负责。这个在小公司
可以，在大公司显然不行。

这是很不专业的言辞，如果真正的vb和他的预测相距甚远，不是因为他想给大家一个
surprise，而只能说明他意识到数据有问题，如果他想给我们一个surprise，他干嘛还
要预测呢。我个人的猜测：他最初写vb预测时还不知道错误的存在，但他第一次说预测
保守时已经意识／知道错误了，如果下个月或下下个月的tsc提供的demand data纠正了
错误，他还有时间给２类建库存，就是他所说的surprise；但如果tsc不纠正，或纠正
得太晚，浪费了２类名额也不是他的错。至于他说so far发了很多中国２类绿卡，这个
应该是放屁，因为他现在不能说实话："对，你们中国人说的对，就是没几个人拿卡，
而且数据有问题"。因为咱们看不到数据,也无从知道到底多少２类拿卡。如果未来绿卡
年数据出来以后，发现少了，他可以推到uscis去，错不在他。 |

Rose Story" is not so much that it's a mistake -- we've had bad award votes
before and will have them again -- but that it's the same mistake, for the
fifth time in 11 years.

一个小时是沿着夏天的trail走，几乎全是平路，顺着溪水的一侧走在茂密的小树林里
。脚印被踩的很结实了，沿着走就好了。不少地方都有点滑，很多人都拿出microspike
