Lot就是地，builder把地分成一块一块的，叫lot.
这些builder不能给你建造个性化的房子，你只能按照他们的户型来选择。但是每个
户型都会提供一些可选择的空间。 |

小一点的有50'， 55'， 大的也有80'的。
LOT大，一般建的房子也较大， 价钱也比较贵。 |

而且房子的暖风都是烧气的，很省钱的说。比夏天空调的电省钱多了。你们在Telfair

发帖数: 242 | 17 我在Silver Ranch买了个新房。我当初看过sugar land(telfair,river stone,
glenwood),然后 westimerlake, seven meadow,cinco ranch,也是非常为难。但是最终
选定silver ranch。我还蛮喜欢的，新房户型和装修都不错，比较安静，学区也不错，
离高速只要6分钟。当然我最喜欢的是实惠的价格拉，虽然lot小一些，院子也小一些。
可惜这边大部分是老白，希望我们老中越来越多。前俩天远远望到隔壁的新邻居的黑头
发，高兴坏了.结果偷偷凑近一听，人家说着鸟语:(
Meritage是这边的主要builder之一，他们在BBB上的评分为F（当然主要是因为第三方
保险造成的纠纷）。当初我们很担心，后来找了inspector看了看房子，他说房子还不
错，房子的质量取决于contractor而不一定是builder。现在看来我家房子还没有任何
问题。 我收集了附近一些房子的成交价格。如果你需要我可以发给你。。 |

plans.
In the area of 70's, 80% is Chinese and Indian.
There are also many chinese/Indian in Village of Avalon or Gardens of Avalon
, but not that high percentage.
School-wise, not much difference although CWE is probably a little bit
better than Colony Meadows.

SL.
The best zones in SL is first colony (20 yr old), avalon (10 yr old), new
terrotory(20 and 10 yr old) and telfair (new). |

Fort Bend for early education up to probably 1st-3rd grade. Kids definitely
get a head start.
If you want to send your kid to Honor Roll, you most likely will have to
wait until next fall as you missed the application deadline which was around
Feb-March. |
